About Stacy Chin, Ph.D.
Dr. Chin is an expert federal grants and contracts advisor specializing in science and technology start-ups (public and private) pursuing technical R&D commercialization funding opportunities. For +10 years, she has successfully helped start-ups secure +$15 million in non-dilutive funding. She also served as an SBIR/STTR reviewer for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). Dr. Chin has worked on innovations and applications spanning medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biomedical technologies, therapeutics, digital health, UVAs, novel materials, sensors, AI/ML/NPL, defense, AgTech, manufacturing, EdTech, and energy.
