    Hey there! I’m a Health Coach and Yoga & Meditation teacher so I’ve taken a holistic approach as a coach. What you said about waiting to acquire more skills/experience truly resonates with me. I’ve incorporated wellness coaching into my yoga business, however, I want it to be flip flopped -where the focus is on coaching. I’ve designed a Methodology and am scared to bring it into the world😅 This is a reminder that a business plan will help!! Thank you for the wise words!

    I am so inspired. I’ve been dying to take the plunge but it’s scary leaving a 9-5 and telling your family your passion is with a concept they may not fully understand at first

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is so true and so many coaches can relate to your situation, Jonay! What would be interesting is to find ways to overcome those fears and start taking action. For example, instead of being held back by your 9-5 job or the fear of not having that security, you could start as a part-time coach and plan your path into full-time coaching (see video: th-cam.com/video/dPJC_NoiFOU/w-d-xo.html). Thanks for sharing ❤

    Ajit, eyeopening video! My wife, Tory, and I are currently enrolled in the Holobody Coach Program and were going to wait until graduation before we really began to let people know however, Step 3 sort of changes that whole dynamic! Never thought of it from that perspective and for that we thank you!

    Thanks for the tips ! What if the methodology is around helping someone pick a methodology rather than a specific program.

    • @LiamDangerPark
      @LiamDangerPark 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Like, I work with adhd clients, and I think that more than any specific exercise, helping someone move through the process of really figuring out what will work for them may be more valuable than just suggesting they need to do calisthenics or something. What’s most important for adhd fitness is motivation, incentive

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LiamDangerPark Great question, Liam! That whole approach would definitely be your own methodology - guiding people through a journey to find what works for them and follow through with that. A methodology is how we create results. If this approach creates results for yourself or your clients, then it's perfect! Thanks for sharing ❤️

      Could you build your own based on your journey?

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question, Nancy! It's all about researching and testing different methodologies (with yourself or your clients), and seeing which ones resonate with you and which ones don't. This is what we define as the Disjointed Learning Theory. You can read more about how to create your coaching methodology here: go.evercoach.com/e-uHKnMm. If you're interested in learning Mindvalley's methodology for health and wellness coaching, you can read more about it here: www.mindvalley.com/certs/health?Bmonth%5D%5Bdate%5D&. @@adamtylersmith Great question, Adam! Yes, you definitely can! It's even better to create it based on your own journey as you'll know first hand how it feels, what are the challenges that may come up, the results, etc...
