- Monte Cook Games has distilled the Cypher System down into a d6 RPG designed for young Children. It’s an amazing product that can grow with its players.
I mention books I’ve gotten as review copies in the “coming up” section of this video. This is why “sponsored content” is checked.

So glad you ended up reviewing this cuz I ended up with the box set in a bunch of hand me down games from a friend! I haven't had a chance to read it yet so this is super helpful!
It’s a great vibe.
Yeah, I think I'm going to have to get this. We have a lot of friends with young kids. I like the vibe and the idea of it scaling up as the kids get more sophisticated.
There’s a lot of value in the box. That’s for sure.
I wasn’t so sure about this game, but I think this review has convinced me to give it a shot
Hope you enjoy it!
I had a lot of fun running this for my grandkids. I wrote a few one shot adventures of my own to play with them, along with my own goofy items for them to find and use (the endless roll of duct tape and greener grass come to mind). They're too old to be interested now but good memories.
That’s wonderful! Do they play any other games or are they just kinda done?
@@DMTalesTTRPG They're in the "friends are everything" part of their lives, so no gaming except during the holidays when they visit.
@engineerpaul0073 ahhh. One day!
