I love the feeling I get that he is challenging people too. The people that think that cussing is a sign of the uncivilized and illiterate. But he’s clearly one of the most intelligent people out there speaking truths like, “just try to argue with me…btw I got into Harvard” love your reactions man!
@@Alyumic how’d you guess 😂 I know some other countries don’t have this bias as harsh if at all but yeah here it’s still prevalent in especially with older generations. I once tried introducing him to my dad bc I know he’d like his message and puns lol but his only comment was “if he is as smart as you say, he could get his point across without the foul language” 🙄 okay father
ngl I always skipped this song because of the title alone and focused on the more "meaningful ones" (at least the ones I thought to be more meaningful). On the weekend I was on a very long car trip and this one came up. The beat/melody had me HOOKED. I listened to it on repeat for quite some kilometers, then at home I looked up the text and was blown away (not a native speaker, so I didn't get everything correctly the first time). Amazing song, really enjoyed your reaction too. You didn't just let the song play, you actually had things to add. I love that.
I've been binge-watching your reactions and besides a few others you actually see the lyrics and break them down its a nice refreshment from the ones who watch the video and say nothing
I don't have a problem with "swear words", I think they're colorful language and use them liberally. I do have a problem with verbal abuse, emotional abuse, and emotional neglect, which are widely normalized across the globe. Those are the real curse words.
I will say this one and hell of a ride are actually better listened to with lyrics cause he spits so fast you miss good lyrics. Like, my take away from this song was if you’re intelligent you can verbally beat the hell out of someone and all they can do is punch you.

The real "curse words" are used to enact verbal and emotional abuse to dehumanize people.
“Who knew Bo Burnham was my spirit animal” I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Needed that, thanks.
It’s facts thoooo
if you're gonna do this one, you might as well do "Hell of a Ride" cause if im right, its one of, if not, the last really rap heavy song he did
Lyrical acrobatic crack.. he brings you in with the beautiful blend of art and music and then out of nowhere, you want..no, need more.
Lyrical acrobat, listen
Empirical mathematician
The lyrical aftermath
Is it part due to the fact that
rap's elastic addict act is missing?
