Bo is a wild man, not one does he blow you away with lyrics, he pulls amazing bars and beats and then the showmanship on top of it..unmatched. truly unmatched.
Before the instruments I was feeling his panic attack then he started drowning it with music and that's one of the real ways of depression and anxiety then you blast the music to drown the attacks till everything is fine then you move on
I think the agent is the worst of the three in Bo's opinion. They stand for so much he criticizes in his content like exploiting kids for money, pandering, putting out content whether it's good or not. The biggest sign this agent has no clue what Bo is about is when he says "none of this introspection or challenges to the form". That's like, what Bo is all about. You said it yourself, Bo has changed what you understood a comedian to be - he challenges the forms of comedy, performance, music, and with Inside he challenges film and the idea of a 'comedy' special.
Bo is a brilliant mind. As an actor/musician, I'm personally glad I don't have the brilliant mind he has. I couldn't handle it. Please watch "Inside" if you haven't already. I've known people like him when I was in theatre school. I always envied them. After a few years, I don't envy them anymore. I simply love them. And they don't even know I think about them.
I am always so happy to see people discover his art for the very first time. If I could go back and watch everything of his for the first time I would. He’s amazing to no end.
I know this video is old, but you mentioned typical jokes like "why did the chicken cross the road?" He actually has a song called The Chicken that you should totally listen to.
This might actually be the first time he switched it up and started getting introspective. Most of his earlier stuff was basically pure comedy and word play. So basically the "Agent" wanted him to go back to doing just comedy.
Bo has commented before that Art is Dead on Words, Words, Words was the first time he tested the waters with serious, introspective material. This was the special following WWW.
One thing a lot of people missed in reaction is that at the end of the song Bo points at the audience and it says “Mr Burnham” which basically says that we’re also one of them we don’t know him either all we see is his stage persona and we know him just as much as any of the other types of people he pointed out
I love this song but this is definitely one of the things he was referencing in his song "Problematic". It's pretty rough to hear the F-word used so much despite the song being great
"Bo brings a whole other layer to comedy." - No he doesn't. This just _isn't_ comedy. Not everything on a stage is comedy and Bo is not only a comedian. What with the light shows and all the audio cues, he's more of a whole ass band in this one. He's not bringing "other" layers. He just, himself, _has_ layers. Yes. Bo Burnham is an ogre.
His music is incredible, like Pandering, but his standup... and sitdown... is absolutely hilarious. You should definitely listen to his poetry,... but don't put it online if you care about monetization,... and want to keep the bulk of your female audience... rofl If you want to see him a bit more off the cuff, there's a few heckler videos out there. He's even hilarious on the fly.
He's drowning out the "noise" with his music, the only thing that gives him peace.
Fucking armchair therapists.
@@chand911 as much as i love bo burnham and the message he has to give, that is the PERFECT way to describe his fans lmfao.
Yes! He takes the negative and uses them for his content and then he drowns them out with the music
Bo is a wild man, not one does he blow you away with lyrics, he pulls amazing bars and beats and then the showmanship on top of it..unmatched. truly unmatched.
"If someone tells me their party's gonna be 'off the chain-hook', I'm not going" lmfao yup
ON GOD !!
I love how excited you get lol Just shows you really appreciate his showmanship, talent, and genius to his art
3:45 I think Bo really need a trophy for being tall he’s 6’6 I mean he’s basically a giant 😂❤
This is one of my favorite performances anyone has done. The amount of memory this involves is so impressive on top of everything else happening

Hell of a ride is another fire Bo Burnham.

Facts they gotta get the agent up outta here
Razor scooters had already crippled a couple of kids at this point.

Seriously slept on track, my favorite Bo Burnham song
That's what happens, Luke:
Don't punch none body
Mans get detention, buddy.
That's how it gonne end
Absolutely phenomenal reaction. It's clear you love Bo Burnham like the rest of us.
I am always so happy to see people discover his art for the very first time. If I could go back and watch everything of his for the first time I would. He’s amazing to no end.
*watches as "We Think, We Know, You" sails over his beautiful, stupid head.*
Love it anyway, good reaction.

That’s not true at all.
@@Hey_Jamie oh you right, I guess Words Words Words did have some on the album.

GUUUYYY. did you see in his latest “the inside outtakes” he LITERALLY wrote a song about why the chicken crosses the road
"it sound like a SETUP!" 🤣
Why did the chicken cross the road, a good question
The memory to pull that off...
I love this song but this is definitely one of the things he was referencing in his song "Problematic". It's pretty rough to hear the F-word used so much despite the song being great
Been waiting for this one
Channel 5 news is a personal favorite
This was so great. Bo appreciation!! 🤣💕 and for you too!
When he puts both his hands out before the guitar solo, he is giving both the girl and that guy the finger...point Mads. Bo is the 🐐
I really wanna see him react to Oh Bo and the whole of Inside
I have been wanting him to react to Oh Bo also. It is so funny
React to Oh Bo music video. It's funny
EFF is a wild one
Cont. by Time Minchin is a wild ride too!
BRO BURNHAM!
The music gets louder and drowns them out, I love it.
Bo is a genius! A beautiful soul. A tortured soul.
Bo is a legend love this...great reaction thanku so much love and God bless x
Have you reacted to "The Chicken" from Inside Outtakes yet?
Keep them coming homie!
Great reaction. Hoping for more Bo, but I'm here for whatever you go for.
that was a great reaction thoroughly enjoyed it. thanks!
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
i dont know if you noticed, but like mid proformance in the "we think we know you" he started showing signs of getting a panic attack
This was pre-panic attacks. They started happening when he was on his Make Happy tour IIRC.
@@AnxietyRat kinda pepega comment NGL
@@Yryahii I don't know what that means.... All I was saying was things Bo himself has said from his own mouth in interviews. 🤷♀️
Oh bo music video next please ❤️
Can I like this 4,000 times? Please TH-cam?
You got to react to hell of a ride by bo Burnham this song rap is FIRE!
Gotta do that one some time this week
@@BigHolla cool 👌
Comedic depression. 😢
As a fan this breaks my heart. 💔
The fact that he was 23 in this….
i cant click fast enough when you post Bo reactions
they are all predating on his emotions

Yes. Bo Burnham is an ogre.
I always argue he’s a Performance Artist.. at least back then.. now a more Carlinesque Performance Artist ❤️
Good stuff.
React to Men and Women.
did he raise the middle finger at this point 9:42
