Im really sure this EVO 7 and GTR are not Stock, 280hp is not enought to fight a 911 Trubo with 420hp and same wieght as the GTR, a bit biased but at the end a fair battle.
they are BONE STOCK, the real reason is they are not really 280ps like they claimed, EVOs are beyond 280ps after Gen4, while GT-Rs are never under 280ps ON WHEEL since R32

ただ、ガンさんが触れてる通り280馬力規制があったからこそ、限られた環境で速くしようと技術開発が行われてアテーサETS、AYC等が生まれて速くなった。

The JDMs are stuck with only 280hp gentleman's agreement. If the FQ400 EVO was in there it would be trouble and also an R35.

Hea Mees the NSX is probably the only one there with 280 hp but it’s by far the lightest with the aluminum chassis.

34GT-RはパッドのみNISMOにしただけでこれだけ戦える。無駄にデカいキャリパー 入れなくても大丈夫。特に32なんかは34より最大で130kg軽いんだから余裕。
こうしてみると益々280馬力自主規制とかクソだったな…

They aren't... At least not 360. 360 was stuck behind corvette at the beginning, while other cars were getting away

MrCarGuy20 it was a base vette and probably wasn’t as well balanced as the other cars. A z06 with fab San would be fast here.
