Thank you for the guidance, how does the order affect the car and electronics? Just want to know for future work.
@@midlifecarisis_ the battery control module controls the voltage between them, it can cause errors or a voltage surge, or worse bcm fire...

I wish the SL500 had a steering wheel conversion to add paddle shifters but paddle shifters only came with the SL55 and SL65 sadly
Time to upgrade from the SL500? The SL500 is a beautiful car…
It can be done. They need a special software program (I think) to do an analog/digital difference if your car didn't come with the paddles. (as no 500 did). Google it
