  • My own family car, CARNIVAL manufactured by KIA MOTORS, have open/closing problem on auto-sliding door.
This problem repeatedly happened on my case and this was 3rd time.
Last September 2nd problem happened and problematic device was replaced at early of October.
At this time, auto-sliding door was stopped at door opening.
And wire dose not properly operated.

.Dealer thought my driver's side door was this problem: "the servo motor. " It was not. It was the logic controller instead of the latch controller shown in this video. So, FYI. Symptoms on mine was that it would OPEN with power but would not reverse and CLOSE with power. Hence, only problem was the closing under power not occuring. Door would respond but would continue to try to open and open and open. Never could figure out it was ALREADY open and needed to close. I did some forum reading and deduced that the fix may be to replace this module: 95450-4D102 Door (logic) Control Module. My door had been getting worse and worse in regards to not being responsive to the buttons and remotes. It was a gradual decline in function. This door "LOGIC" control module does require the dealer to program it into the system. But, i figured out which module needed to be replaced. The dealer was shocked and had no idea that module existed!!! It was a teamwork job between customer and dealer. Even the factory support folks were stumped. So, can't self fix it. But, YES, I did also replace the servo motor just to be safe while I was in there.

@@juanmicuadrado3720 Yes. The dealer has to install that module to program it to the unlock key fobs etc. But, yes, replacing the module fixed it!!!!! Even the dealer was surprised I figured it out.

Do you happen to have a picture of the part that you replaced? Is it one part for both doors or each door has its own? I need some help, it’s ridiculously frustrating!!! You are about the only one with the same issue . It already messes up both motors since it kept pulling it open. The drums in the motors that the cables spool onto just got ground to oblivion! Replaced both motors, also new latches and still nothing
