    Great tips! When I go to restaurants, I no longer order desserts + don't have any chocolate at home. That helped me a lot especially in the beginning:)

    I've been free of processed sugars since early this year. Only maple or honey, very small amounts of fruit. and even all that isn't as often as I'd like. 😆 If my doctor hadn't changed my diet for gut health, I'm not sure I could've done it! Finding new treats took awhile but once I made my swaps, it's been so much easier. Primal chocolate has a great dark chocolate btw that's free of sugar AND soy! Great video Lulu!

    I completely see how my body feels when I have too much sugar. It's so addicting but makes you feel like crap. Thanks for all the info!

    great tips LuLu-- I just have to keep the carbs out of house, like chocolate :-( It is addictive !
