  • This was a 694 acre piece of land listed on the MLS in Hudspeth County, TX. We were already in Cornudas, so we decided to make the 30 minute drive to check this property out! It would make a great subdivide candidate into ~40 acre tracts for recreational use and at least double your money.

    I’m more familiar with the Terlingua area than where you are on this ranch, but try to avoid driving over creosote plants because they can make a mess of your tires. I’ll add that the most valuable asset to this type of land is access, although you sound as if you’re already aware of that. Good luck!

    Your right theres alot of us out here very interested in something like this and need someone like you to see that vision and fill that need. With cost of living so high especially rent mortgages, this perfect for the van lifers,ever camp set ups. Look at Quartzsite AZ they are so over crowded now so over crowded I know I wont go that way lol

    currently trying to choose between purchasing lot 19 & 34. would u say 19 is better as far as road access goes? i know u mentioned the outer lots seeming more difficult to access with the way the parcel was subdivided. thanks for the video!

    Ahhh, now I know why it's so cheap. TBH, it seems way over priced considering the inputs you'll need to develop it.

      Thinking wrong. It won’t be developed. It’s good for recreation. Don’t always focus on how to develop the land. Sell as is

    Turn it into a campsite and Jeep park or off-roading park. With all our land being sold we’re running out of off-roading land. I’d pay for a weekend trip or week trip

      It’s just tough making something like that economic from an investor standpoint 😬

    Is this an area and type of land that is something like what they are doing in Quartzsite AZ ? Cause I see Quartzsite AZ is getting really over crowded for some people who just want it maybe not as over crowed like that.

    CHECKING INTO THESE LAND DEALS. NEWBIE, GOT MY BIG TOE IN. MY ONE QUESTION IS WATER ?

    • @jonjasniak
      @jonjasniak  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No water out here. Don’t be scared though, I’ve sold plenty of dry land. All depends on the land end use. If it’s just for hunting and messing around, you don’t need water

      @@rogerguerra4576you aren’t getting water out here. It’s dry. And you also aren’t buying 6 acres. Because if you go under 10 you’ll get into platting and engineering
