I'm very interested to know if you will be creating utility access on these plots. Or will these be off grid? Would be interesting to see what off grid utility options are available. Is it easy to create a well on these plots? I went to Dell City once to check it out. It has a huge aquifer underneath it, so there is plenty of water even though it looks like dry, desert land.

HI Jon. Where are these lots? They almost look like they are just outside of Horizon City, AZ (El Paso). There are a lot of lots that seem to be on hold on the outskirts of Horizon City.

You could build an "Earth Ship" cabin with all those tires. Even if it becomes a utility room / pump house for water, it's something to start with.

Those backroads are so interesting! It amazes me those dirt roads will lead you so far, especially near Dell City and the Guadalupe’s up to the Sacramento Mountains or to Carlsbad/Artesia. Only downside is the roads are perfect for people sneaking across the border, which leads to border patrol all over the roads

It looks like you are buying and selling greasewood flats. There is much better land for sale in Terrell County for less than what you are selling that for. Thirty years ago I was paying $99 an acre for subdivision land in Terrell County. I sold some at three hundred and bought some more at three hundred. The most recient sale went for $453 per acre where we are at.

What I'm going to say is not to get into a political discussion. But basically, if Kamala wins, the American economy is going to slide into a great recession, and doing subdivisions will become much more difficult to extremely difficult for some time. If Trump wins, the economy will come back stronger than ever, and we'll have a great environment to keep subdividing. I've been doing subdividing in Brazil for a number of years, and it is a sector very sensitive to the economy.

Incredible how you plan to make this place an entertaining stop. I am in the El Paso area. I will just ask you one thing, if you can, keep this place with the least light pollution as possible, the Cornudas area is the closest one to El Paso to have the least light pollution / lights, which makes it an ideal place for stargazing. Other than that, you made a great achievement.
