Sticking to the basics is what will help give you the fastest and best results.⁣

      So u have to do 50 squats then rest then again 50 squats

    Thanks alot for weight gaining videos I am only 13 year bt I am taller like 16 , 17 years I think because of that I am very thin and everyone says tumpe koi bhi kapda suit nhi karta and so many people asks your parents don't give food to you ?       Measurement -
      12 inches =1 feet
      So my height is 64inches means
      60 + 4 inches that is 5'4 feet
      So this how u can calculate

    Yesterday I had a wbp running exam...... but I am under weight.. although I am fit in height. that's why they claim that I am unfit😓 and they disqualified me.......I was 40kg in march I mean 1month ago..I followed your diet routine (without medicine)and gained 5kg(tnx)but still I had to gain more 4kg...but I was shocked.when they measured my weight I was 43..... And I have a period issues and gynologist forbidden me to take any kind of medicine.....And itna mehenat ke bad bhi mein fail ho gayi...😭
