    I found this really helpful because I have found FP through the same process also. I am halfway through week 1 of the 10-week course. The MFR exercises I used to bluff through alongside traditional exercise thinking it wasn't that important. Already after a few days, I understand I was wrong. Looking forward to making some real improvement with FP. from Australia.

    Excellent discussion! Similar journey on how I found FP in 2007. That was a terrible part of my life. But wow am I thankful now 15 years later and have so much knowledge on how to run my body more efficiently. Please keep these rolling!🔥🔥🔥
