    You have the BEST idea's and recipes. This is going in my Need to Make recipe box. No more of this "ok I'm only gonna have one" then 5 min later " ok I'm only gonna have 1 more". And by the end of the night, there all gone. This changes that ugly game. Thank you SO SO MUCH !!! 💗💗

    You can also air fry cookies faster than oven and better than microwave. Just gotta play with time and temp for your air Fryer. Usually 350 for 5-7 mins.

      Yes! They turn out great! Before I started Keto I would make cookie dough, roll into balls, and then freeze them. I would take out a couple from the freezer to bake for my hubby and I for a quick dessert. I love my air fryer for things like this. This would be a great application for it.

    Hi there! New subscriber ! I love your recipes and these look great. I've tried keto about 4 times. I've 'failed' each time, ( but it's ok because I know why!). The last time I had a go, I lasted 5 days, I felt great. I didn't do any research on desserts and found I needed something ( I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I missed a little something) so I'm going to try again.
    I think I can do it this time.
    Thanks for all you do. It's a great channel.

    I'm going to bake everyone of these for a holiday test run. I've been keto for a year and lost 65#'s with the motivation of going on cruise for my 30th anniversary. I work at a school and sweet well meaning parents bring sweets to school non-stop from August thru May. I didn't cave last year and hope I don't this year. This will help.
    My everyday go to dessert is SF pudding or yogurt with whipped cream. It usually involves some type of fruit or crushed SF cookie sprinkled on top. But holiday parties are so hard! These will help me get through them.

    I know this recipe is to help with portion control, but I like that I can just double or triple the recipe and make specific amounts of each cookie.I made 2 of all flavors except the last one. I have no Nutella. I’ll try that one later. But I made the cookies and baked for 10 mins. They are delicious! The chocolate chip cookie had a shortbread consistency, the others had the typical cookie consistency. So good!!

  • @RV-there-Yet
    @RV-there-Yet 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Making one big cookie is so smart =) I discovered that I can make cookies w/just nut butter- stiffer textured ones work best- & skip the flour/butter/salt altogether. I was developing a higher protein recipe & found the combination we like best~ very chewy & dense w/out any crumbly dry bits I tend to end up with when using the nut flours. It could be our altitude, living in the mountains of Arizona, we are "high & dry", literally! I love it so much up here, but as a baker/candy maker, I've learned to do adapt a whole lot of things~ which then changes, season to season.
    Anyhow, lovely post~ as always. The Golden Ratio looks interesting. Reviews are their website are very descriptive & positive. Sounds like the perfect option for sensitive people, or those simply looking for a yummy treat with their occasional cookie for one =) Thanks for sharing!

      @Someone-vn9ce 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@janp7660 traditional 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies have peanut butter, sweetener and egg, but that makes more than one cookie. So I am assuming she uses nut butter, granular monk fruit and egg white protein powder (in place of the egg.) That is just a guess.

    What did I do wrong?? My chocolate chip cookie spread the entire width of the parchment paper! It was thin and gooey so I tried to reshape it into a cookie shape. It never really set. I had to cook it on high as my microwave wouldn't allow me to change the power level, go figure. Also I cooked it on a tiny baking stone. Could that have made a difference?

    I don't have a coffee maker so I used to put my coffee in tea bags. I did that because I saw that Maxwell House had individual coffee portions in tea bags. So that gave me the idea of just doing it myself because it can be expensive buying it pre-proportioned that way. I now just buy Javy Coffee. It's a concentrated liquid coffee. I just add a teaspoon in my mug and pour the hot water over it. It's so good! I used to drink that Chameleon coffee but after trying the Javy, WOW, so much better!

    Is there a way to make the cookie to have more structure and crunchier? I don’t really like soft cookie that almost has cakey texture

    Im allergic to almond flour. Can you give me an alternative recipe?

      Try GERBS 5 SEED BLEND. I buy it on Amazon. It's processed in a nut-free facility. I find pure Sunflower Seed Flour is a little bitter, this blend is not.

      Yes sunflower seed flour measures cup for cup with almond flour and is nut free. I haven’t tried all coconut flour but if I do, I would start with 1 tablespoon.

    Portion control doesn't work for me, I have tried packaging portions in baggies and freezing servings, it doesn't matter. I'm going to eat them. Frozen. So, I've given up the idea that I can have treats. Thank you for these one-serving recipes, they are exactly what I needed.

    Darling I have a new love in my life now since you popped up. B4 I would eat the whole bag of cookies so I stop buying. I have made both your choc chip and peanut butter. Both came out perfect and they where rich and tasty. No need for bag of cookies any longer. It so easy a cave man could do it, and I am a cave man. I also learned a new function on my micro I never new. 70% power who would know these things

    If you have a lot of craving, I would suggest that you are not eating enough fat and your electrolytes need a boost. Nourish your body. Cravings are like the spoiled kid, you don't give in all the time.

    • @KetoFocus

      Great tips Gwen! I usually drink electrolytes. It helps when intermittent fasting too in order to get you to your next meal. I make my own with just salt, potassium, epson salts and baking soda.

    Please advise how many carbs in each - thank you

  • @evviper24

    Keto is about substituting carbs wit fat as fuel. As a result, one feels quite satisfied after a meal, and the desire for snacks and such seems to have disappeared as a result. At least that is my experience. You then might wonder why people still are craving for large amounts of Keto desserts, as this video starts with. Have these individuals entered a ketonic state at all? Why else would they still be carb hungry?

      You are right, sweet cravings go away the more fat adapted you become but these recipes are for those that are starting out and trying to manage cravings and for those times when you miss having a cookie. Just because you are fat adapted doesn’t mean that mentally, those cravings aren’t there as you remember what a chocolate chip cookie tastes like. These recipes are designed to keep people on track. Besides, many people aren’t strict keto 100% of the time.
