Jon_jon13 Isaac actually was a flash game. His prototype was made in AS3 and flash. The art was in the style flashes smooth brush made.

It's so weird that when I reflect upon life I think about how much I grew up wanting games. Now I can afford them, but for so many that come out I hope instead that my favorite streamer buys and plays them so I can watch the game instead.

More downward slashes, you did it once in the tutorial and with so few enemies (that we saw) had an upward attack you probably could have gone full Mario on their heads

This was a blast to watch! The animations need another round of polish, but apart from that I loved everything about this game. It clearly wears its inspirations on its sleeve, but its still original enough to be its own beast. I hope we get to see more of this on the channel, but for now this is definitely getting wishlisted until it's out of beta.

5 minutes in, no Hollow Knight OR Isaac. Still, very much on board for this game.
The map design mid-air dash kinda reminds me of Hollow Knight, and the grotesque character design reminds me of Isaac.

This is a week late, but hopefully there's a miniseries coming... It seems you forgot you can bounce on enemies by down attacking them midair, seems pretty useful!
