    One thing here i want to caution here to the innocent naives. It just came in my head randomly. What sadhguru meant to say is Bringing precision, observing the tiniest, try recollect minute action in the activities we do at a particular moment. Dont make a blunder of crossing the roads mindlessly, distracted on foot steps, the red light, the stones and other things. Dont lose ur focus so much that you bcm mindless. Pls hv the patience and minimum commin sense to understand what he is trying to say in his talks. If u dont hv that level of patience and sense to grasp his wisdom, you will end up in huge mess. And he is no way responsible for that.
    This is small example why he is also receiving so many hatred from certain group of ppl. Bcz they simply dont hv that min level of understanding to understand what he is trying to say.

    This amazing being has changed my life . My life has done a complete turn around , the Isha kryia is opening my third eye chakra. And I have amazing clarity, everyday things are clearer and clearer. I've been battling with a pain pill addiction for 20 years and since I've been practicing his material I just stopped and I'm feeling no pain at all .     I've myself experienced this after just about 4-5 months of Hatha Yoga practice.
    I've usually been an indecisive person all my life. I learnt Hatha Yoga in Nov 2019. I was pleasantly surprised to see the clarity I got, which I had never experienced ever in my life before. In addition to it, my energy levels would stay high through out the day and of course my body had become ever so flexible.
    Then COVID hit, and there was too much pressure at work and with WFH there was no hard stop for work and it would extend for a few more hours. So I started skipping the practices as I couldn't find time. In another couple of months I completely stopped the practices. I could see the clarity I'd gotten slowly started going away. And eventually, I was back to my old self. Energy levels started getting low again.
    I understood how consistent practices can positively change your life, and also how stopping it, can revert all the positive changes.
    Truly 'Yoga se hi hoga'.

    1. Be still. Unmoving, just be sitting absolute still.
    2. Everything that you see, hear, smell, taste and touch is recorded. It´s just a question of clarity, not of memory. How to get it? Learn to handle things with a certain precision. (Hatha Yoga)
    3. With every little thing, just bring the precision into your activity - it will happen in your mind. Train this with every aspect in your life. Ask everything "how it should be?" You will see ,slowly, the mind will become, very clear, it becomes meticulous with everything. Don´t count like 1... 2...; the correct is after you take 3 steps, that´s adding 3, another 3, another 3... after a few days start counting 4,5, 11, 20... Just like that, without thinking.

    Summary -
    1. Always sit still.
    Never hurry to do activities. Have a calm mind first.
    2. Its not memory problem but recalling problem -
    It's not about having a bad memory, it's all about recalling it at certain time.
    3. Precision -
    There should be precision in your day to day activities. So you train your mind to be precise everytime which therefore helps in recalling events faster and precisely.
