I have run into the same fault codes (although "Static" no longer "Intermittent") on my 2018 C7 (3.0 TDI CZVA). I would like to check if this was not caused by water or moister damage. The bad part the new sensor is 700 EUR (NEW) with aftermarket brands selling around 300 EUR :///

Note that you have no readings because sensor 2 is not even powered by the ECU. Only after the NOx catalyst warm-up procedure, the ECU turns on the module power and starts the ppm measurement. The faults result from the Nox sensor being clogged with dirt.

BTW did you just swap the sensor in the end? Which one did you go for - original or aftermarket?
