    Is the dpf issue a common problem with the c class. I'm looking at buying a low mileage 2018 c class 220d, I have had a c3 picasso 1.6hdi 2011 with a dpf fitted, for 6 years never had a problem with the dpf, that's driving 20mins on the motorway to work then same on return journey 5 days a week, I see the DPf on the c class is next to the turbo Like the c3 picasso so would I not have a issue with the dpf system? Be grateful for some advice

    Great video thanks. looking for advice please. Ive a 2009 Q5 1968cc Starter motor has to turn engine about 10 times when cold. Scanned and got the 4 codes P067100 + 2 + 3 + 4. Ok I know it's showing the 4 heater plugs issue. However could they be ok and it's the module and not the plugs? Would a faulty module show it's own separate fault? Or is the module giving false error as in faulty plugs which are not faulty? Looking forward to your reply Thanks MOR

    Same problem here with 5008 2.0 hdi 150hp FAP.. I figure after watching this vid, you really didn't have to replace the old eolys tank but maybe just re-adapt the old one? Have you tried that? I have gut feeling the ecu tends to 'forget' about the proper initialisation / driver data. Maybe after replacement battery or such..

      Bought a berlingo, couple days after driving it pump fault (no additive), DPF clogging and engine light into limp mode all show up in space of couple hours. Then coincidentally battery dies out as well (10 years since factory, can you believe it), so I charge it up enough to start to drive on to ramps, check OBD again and get a new additive pump code P1435 CAN network or pump fault. Too bad I havent got a Diagbox yet to reset it, cleaning my DPF then will risk calling a mechanic out to diagnose and reprogram it, fingers crossed

    Was there any soot in the exhaust tips? Same fault code occurs when soot is presbt after the DPF indicating a fault DPF👍🏽

    hi, thanks for the video. Just replaced my rear sensor, and am not getting 5v it reads 0V. Diagnostic scan shows 5v on the front one though..any ideas? Checked wires, look ok.

      It injects a small amount into the fuel tank, every time the tank is refuelled afaik. There's usually a magnet within the fuel cap that signals the ECM

    great video. I have a mercedes c class w205 2015 year, c 250 diesel. I cleaned the adblue injector . he turned on the check engine light. p220162 The NOx sensor (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction. The Signal Cimparmision is Faulty. when I clear the error it is gone for 20-30 days or 50-60 kilometers and then it appears again. how do I know which sensor it is, upper or lower, what should I do?

      I had the exact same problem and only legal solution was to replace both NOX sensors that cost 1000€ each so a total cost of 2000€ + labour. I had the adblue system deleted at a professional shop but is now running the car illegally. Also did remap (about 40hp more) at that same time and car has now ran wonderfully problem free for about 50 000km. DPF is cleaning normally like before the delete so no problem there either.

    Tłumaczenie wrong conclusions. Sensor no. 2 is activated only after the engine has warmed up and driven about 15 km on the road. Note that you have no readings because sensor 2 is not even powered by the ECU. Only after the NOx catalyst warm-up procedure, the ECU turns on the module power and starts the ppm measurement. The faults result from the Nox sensor being clogged with dirt.

    Just had check engine light on my 2019 g32 520d. The BMW garage told me it's a nox sensor and they will need to do further examination (I gues similar you did). But the strange thig is that car has only 77 000 km and there was no ad blue error, just check engine light ... Is that normal on this mileage?

    Great video and thank you for sharing but.... the original fault appears to be the adblue injector leaking, after the exhaust was cleared of the blockage what was cause adblue injector? If yes there was no mention of rectifying the issue before handing back to the customer? Also what was the outcome with the differential pressure pid reading zero, did that change after the software update? Kind regards Jay

    I’d say the adblue got deleted because it had a problem or intermittent problem and has a good chance that it will be back, hopefully no other p codes had also been deleted that might be showing their faces again, hopefully it previously only had a contaminated adblue injector that also blocked the DPF causing the remap but I think the EGR cooler will also be full of crystallised adblue, next time take the O2 Sensor out and get a camera out. Good video though. 👍

    A ford tech here, put tension on them and leave it for an hour or so , if you force em they will break or bend . Just take your time. If you snap one it won't be fun , belive me.

      @@IraKilla start with penetraiting oil, I only had a few that was stuck. Most come out easily. Just take your time... God luck

      @@IraKilla if the " service now" goes away after you let go of the gas pedal like 10 sec later then it's the injectors. You know they need to be programmed?

      @@jola870 yeah it goes away after like 5 seconds. I have diagzone pro it has the programming option there I’ve seen it but I’m afraid that the injector stuck on me so I’ve been just lubricating it and not having the balls to change them😂

    I dont have those yellow clips inside the seat. The leather seams to be connected to little metal rings which are connected to a metal line that runs trough the foam.

      I ended up with a BMW specialist replacing mine and at the same time had to do a software update on the car as well to make the latest sensor work.

    Even the pitchler tool can struggle as its primarily rated at 12 tons - they however do a 20T ram adaption - but how strong is that head really - its the new M9R nightmare 😂

    Wait what year is this? I have a short to ground error and replaced the sensor still got it but looking at the video it seems the leveling sensor has 3 wires coming from it where mine only has 2, wondering if a wire has become detached somewhere and that's throwing the fault code!

    I have run into the same fault codes (although "Static" no longer "Intermittent") on my 2018 C7 (3.0 TDI CZVA). I would like to check if this was not caused by water or moister damage. The bad part the new sensor is 700 EUR (NEW) with aftermarket brands selling around 300 EUR :///

    i'm a bit confused. why did you buy a launch UK particulate filter cleaning gun, and not use the launch UK DPF cleaning fluid? currently, I can't get either launch or wepp in the usa, and I'm still looking for the exact product that matches the launch uk product. it appears to be a private label repackage from Germany.

    Isn't there a way to clean these components using the same fluid that cleans DPFs? And what did the replacement parts cost?

      when the soot is that heavy, it's a lot of work, and difficult to do. doing it on car, could cause damage to the engine, and even lock up the piston against the head.

    Had an engine management light on. Booked into audi specialist. Turned out to be this .. just came home. All good so far. £100 labour £100 part . £40 tax 😢 £240 all together . . A lot cheaper if I knew what I was doing. Your vid helped see what they did. Cheers

    I wonder if laser would warrant this as faulty if you haven’t exceeded the 250nm then in theory the tool has failed to do what it’s being asked of and sold as

    Mine failed last week. Far too complicated. I had a broken wire in the passenger side headlight. Absolute nightmare. Ford wanted £1200 for a headlight. I got mine fixed by an auto electrician for £100

      Same issue I’ve had, pretty sure my connector isn’t connected tightly because I broke a clip notch on the headlight casing. The factory hid’s are pretty pricy, after my accident the repair shop couldn’t track down a new headlight and had to settle for a refurbished unit.
