Great video, but i have 1 question. Is the 3.7 volts battery enough to power the device? From what i know the operating voltage of Arduino nano is 5 volts

Sure, once you establish conneciton with your phone via bluetooth, you can react to bluetooth messages send from the phone.

Thank you for the explanaton and video, but I have a question sir. What's that button beside the TP4056 module ? Is that the power switch ? If yes, where do we connect it? Does it just activate when the push button is used; if so how do we turn it off? I was thinking of modifying the code to shut down the device after 20minutes of idle. In addition, the link in your description states it needs a LM2596 step own converter; does that mean that 3.7V is quite strong for this device and needs the afforementioned module or is it fine without it ?
No is lm2596 step down converter to given. The 3.7 v dv supply to gsm model

can we use aurdino uno instead of aurdino nano?
You need to check the pin features, but I think can...if there's no any special pin required which only arduino nano have.
If i replace the aurdino nano with the esp8266 will it work also i am a cs student i dont know much about the iot stuff but clg have given the project just like the in the video but i have bought the esp8266 ......

it depends which module you connect to ardiuno nano , 4G LTE module are little expensive and not efficient in terms of power.
