    i ve done omad works well. when i was a trucker that what i did n most often , evan now i do . last november i did a 7 day fast and wow wow , how i felt evan felt energy burst i would have .....i gotta do it again . !! it also helps with my blood sugar reading as i am type 2 ,,, but say u must keep a closer watch

      I'm type 2 as well. It's one of the reasons I'm pushed to take action. And I agree, when doing something that is right for the body like fasting, eating right, exercising, or whatever it may be, the body and even your soul will let you know you're going in the right direction. I'm not a coach or medical expert. But I'm hoping that by me posting these videos I can help inspire folks and perhaps give them that little push I wish I had. Thanks for the comment.
