When he talked about the deer eating his flowers- pro tip for anyone who's garden gets eaten by deer or other things: find a space (in this guy's case back in the woods a spell) and plant things that appeal to whatever pest you have, something easy to maintain or you don't have to maintain at all, and that grows or replenishes quickly. That's what my mom does and it has worked better than some alternative solutions.
Amazing job my man. I've also tippled the value of my home through all of my DIY project over the years and finally now able to enjoy the amazing transformation. Keep up the great work.

Actually, I do own property. My grandfather left me a sixty-acre working beet farm. I run it with my cousin, Mose. We sell beets to locals stores and restaurants... it's a pretty nice little farm. [pause] Sometimes teenagers use it for sex

I’m currently going through the same - I bought my dream home but it was built in 1999 and has had no upgrades at all. I got a great price so it opens my options to rip out and replace everything I don’t like. Beautiful home you have and you’re such an inspiration for my future plans!

This is beautiful. Well done! I can attest to the lawn. I resodded my lawn to sell and for those few months my water bill went from $35 to $350 so I now do no to low water landscapes. They also have a really nice fake grass now. lol Lawns are way too much work for me. I love what you did with the cedar. So much of this is just so good.

Nice job. I love the white oak. The feature walls were a great idea. When I was growing up my father did a different style high ceiling in the four bedrooms. It’s great to have something unique in your home. The outside lattice planter looks so nice.
