The building is considered a “luxury building” because of the design, windows, amenities, gym, pool, rooftop, game rooms etc.
luxury apartments are modern and marketed as "luxury" - tenants pay higher premiums living there

Nothing more better than an aesthetically pleasing apartment that looks “homey” and full of love. You took a cold modern apartment (not saying it’s not beautiful, because it is) and made it so cozy and inviting, kudos to you Nathalie!

I have a three bedroom apartment, but am slowly becoming an empty nester. Love watching your videos. I have to be renter friendly in every apartment I have. I have used lots of videos to help me be in compliance. I enjoy watching videos and jacking ideas. Love your videos. This is the second one. I just watched a video of your studio. My only complaint is that you seem to doubt/underestimate yourself. For example, in your studio tour, you said you had to go grocery shopping immediately, but when you opened up your frigerator is snack cabinet girl you were good! 🙌🏾 And another thing you always say is that something is messy or an organized... again, where? Keep making these videos Natalie! 👍🏾🙌🏾
Great video, beautiful space. One tip for your throw pillows on your sofa (since you asked). If the pillows have a zipper part but you can’t actually unzip it or even find the little zip piece, just get a big safety pin 🧷 and use that to pull the zipper open, there’s a lock on it that the pin can push against, I noticed that with a bunch of store-bought throw pillows with covers on them, I hope this helps.

You can wash your pillows! Wash them on the bulky setting and high rinse. Then put them in the dryer on the bulky setting with some tennis balls. The balls will pound out the down material and make them fluffy. Just make sure to dry it 2-3 cycles to make sure it’s fully dry. FYI you can do this with pillows and down comforters too.

I buy decorative pillow covers in various sizes and colors. It makes it so easy to change my decor with the seasons and you can always removed them to wash.
Edit: you can add lighting in the living room by buying remote controlled LED puck lights! Elevate by decorating them (maybe with a nice matte black or cream rim), and look for ones with a warmer glow. It will add so much depth to the lighting in your living room!
This is beautiful! You kept it neutral but didn't sacrifice the variety of tones, textures, and shapes. Feels comfortable, natural, and clean.

Hi Nathalie, Your video is a major help in so many ways. I just moved into my first apartment a few weeks back at the beginning of December 2021 and when I say, "I moved" literally mean just Me & a few articles of clothing - no furniture, not even a pillow - EVERYTHING will brand new in my life going forward. Love the way you styled your LR, BDRM, especially the Counter Stools! What stood out the most is how you organize every closet, cabinet, and consolidate/conceal items so well! Being a guy with no sister, it's good to see these little hacks. Your apartment is stunning and inspirational. I have all my furniture on order and the little accent touches I'll find as I go but just wanted to take a moment to compliment your skill and thank you for putting this great content out there so guys like me can really know how to organize and situate a very neat modern top notch apartment like a pro. Just saw this video and love your decor colors and furniture choices. You did so good with the use of your space. Everything looks amazing right where you placed it. The only thing that needed it’s place was the latter. I thought without moving anything at all cause everything looks great and I love the latter as well. I love the design and dimensions of your sofa. I've always loved modern sofas. I also love the way you managed to combine it so well with a suitable rug. I've always had trouble finding the right rug for my Bellini sofa from Manhattan Home Design as it's tan leather and I haven't been able to find a rug that I feel is appropriate enough for it.
