Lol land was bought for 17 million. Cost to build probably was under $2000 per foot. That means cost altogether was $37 million, and they’re selling it for $125m. “Great investment opportunity” to pay triple what the developer did.

The builder here gives off bad scammer energy, I don't think Ryan was comfortable listing this for 125m on TH-cam and he doesn't appear to have good rapport with the other guy. Something's amiss here. The finish isn't that great, the square footage of land isn't worth it either. Clearly this builder's got in financial difficulty or can't sell this.

I'm not a fan of beach homes that can be shared with your neighbours. But there are a rare few beach homes where only 3/4 neighbours have access to it and those type of beaches are my favourites. I feel like no one is actually trying to give an honest review about this house. This looks like a luxury condos building. And this pool doesn't look inviting at all, looks dated. For this price you can find better in this neighborhood and more. Where's the tennis court for this price. Seriously
