I'm from Los Angeles, and pay taxes in Los Angeles County. I just want people to know that when he says "this is Cardone Beach" he's being facetious. He doesn't actually OWN THE SHORELINE in front of his mansion. None of the rocks and sand below are his property, that is public land and belongs to the State of California. There are "high tide" limits and his mansion had to meet certain requirements to be built (with state-regulated heavy pillars), that's why the house is not directly on the shore, because the waves could come crashing into his property constantly! However, every beach in California is open to the public up to the mean high tide level (average of the high tides). So if you can get there from the water, tidelands, or an adjacent beach, you are legally allowed to be there as long as you don’t venture onto the land above where an average high tide would be. A few of these beaches have fences and signs that discourage access to the beaches in front of these communities. Malibu is notorious for their fake “Right to Pass by Permission” signs (you can even buy these bogus signs on Amazon), but don’t let them steer you away from public accesses. At Malibu Colony Beach, they have a sign that says the beach is private above the mean high tide line, but the high tide line is at the back of the beach so the entire beach is public! If a beach has no access except crossing private property, it is considered inaccessible. Those are the beaches in California that you’ll never get to see up close. But luckily many of the private beaches have adjacent public beaches making it a simple and legal beach walk to get to them. California has quite a few private beaches. All of them are immediately in front of private property, many of which are gated communities. This doesn’t mean that you can’t visit these beaches. It’s allowed as long as you can access them from adjacent public land or beaches. Just wanted to clear this up for people who aren't familiar with California laws, there are lots of news clips on TH-cam about this topic specifically in Malibu.

Cardone has been trying to sell that house for a while now. He bought it for 40M in 2022 and he has been trying to sell it for 80M. He's had the who's who of Luxury Home TH-camrs showcase his house and still no takers. The whole billionaire's row is a marketing ploy. It's right on the busy part of PCH and not away from it like other more desirable beach homes. It's a wet beach meaning at certain times you won't have a beach at all. The next door neighbor's house looks like an eventual tear down that will lead to construction in the future. Cardone can't even 10X his own home.
Homes these sizes weren’t meant to flip these are generational houses. Only 1% of the world can afford these houses, when they could just build their own with that 80 mil. You can build a compound with 80 mil.

@PaulB_864 the more expensive a property is, the less buyer will be able to make an offer. Buyers are very aware of how hard it is to get rid of a 40m property. Therefore, they'll lowball the seller.

For 40 million I don't want to see any neighbors or people on the beach ,I'd have land not ocean instead and no traffic or noise of any kind ,you can have the storms and hurricanes too
California is very unlikely to get hurricanes because the water is too cold.
