im usually not a fan off show-offy and cold "modern" homes but the incorporation of warm elements in the interiors like the dark cabinetry, flooring and panelling have done a great job mellowing it down

Not only is this another insanely pricey mansion in LA vicinity, but thanks to the unique architecture and interior design, the whole setup, I’m sure any willing buyer who can afford one will likely make a split-second decision to acquire the property for everything it is, has, is worth, and represents (less the overinflated ’NFT’ factor in the still gorgeous garage, probably soon to be replaced by some real art).
Um....this sold for WAY less. It barely got bought. A plastic surgion actually had this built and was going to live in it a bit and then flip it. When he couldn't afford to maintain it, he had to sell it. He then went bankrupt 😂😂
