Personally, I prefer the staged home to the unfurnished. Seeing it staged helps my imagination work to develop my preference of color choices, shapes, lighting, art, fixtures, arrangements, brands, etc. An empty room can essentially do the same thing but, for me, an empty room doesn't have a "mood" I can feel; at least not in the same way as a professionally staged room (when done right). What I feel from that room, I compare and contrast with what I prefer and make adjustments until I know exactly what I'd want in a similar room. It's become my favorite game to play as I watch your videos.

Erik, it would be great if you add plans of floors on video when you entering it, maybe even through your walk you point on plan what room you are in... then it's easier to understand all of the mansion
Show all of the property, including all outdoor spaces, empty rooms garages, even some maintenance rooms. I watch your videos mostly to picture and imagine myself living in a place like this to motivate myself to work harder. It is easier to do when you show the whole thing :)

That mansion is so beautiful! I love it all. I really love how big the back yard is. Plenty of room to put in a swing set for kids and play frisbee or football or some out door game. The pool is amazing as well. 😄 I have always loved seeing every part of a house when watching a video tour of a home. Great video! 👏

It would be awesome to see a full homes regardless of staging, there so many videos where they leave things as a mention instead of showing what they mentioned.
Not a huge fan of massive mansions, but this one is so elegantly done and is just perfect. The front of the house with 2 garages on both the sides is so aesthetically pleasing.
I think I like both the empty unfurnished rooms and the staged rooms. What I find interesting is by creating these types of videos you are forgoing the traditional open house where prospective buyers possibly would not have the time to walk into a house but online they can still see what the layout of a house looks like and see if it's something they are looking to buy. Just like you said combining traditional real estate with the effect of digital media.
Also gj at putting the labels for the sections of the videos so that if somebody likes something specific about the house, they can go back to it very quickly. It’s the small things that makes your channel one the best real estate channels on TH-cam
Who else misses Erik showing the part of the master suite that's above the garage? Looked like the perfect place for an office/workspace! Wonder what could be in there?

As a Brit, we don't have the same "staging". I mean my modest flat in London was literally a drawing when I put down a 10% deposit, the foundations were barely dry and we had to wait about 15 months before we could move in, in line with expectations. When we moved in at least the kitchen had white goods, plumbing was done, etc. My Polish wife was surprised by this, as in Poland it's more common to literally just buy the shell of the house, and do everything yourself, so she was pretty chuffed with what was done. In London, there is even a whole market of people buying and selling "off-plan" (by drawing), which admittedly is quite extreme by anywhere standards. So it's just a very surreal to me the idea of spending millions on staging. Usually the staging is very beautiful of course, but I'm happy seeing things not furnished. Would rather see everything :)
