Omg when you said you can’t find a hot dog or good if cream I was yelling at you LOL you walked past the Alaska Stand!!!! Best burgers and hot dogs for 90 something years!!! And Dumsers ice cream! Ahhhhhh 😱😤 LOL you guys are fun
Grew up going to OC md and your video brings back memories. BTW you should have dosed those fries with apple vinegar! I have been following you on your cruises so it was a surprise seeing you in a different venue!
True, no dogs (except part of the year) and no alcohol (if you believe people follow that lol). Grew up going there and took our kids when they were growing up and it's where we went during Covid for an ocean front room with balcony since we couldn't cruise. We love OC and have our favorites such as Thrasher's fries and a few restaurants. We do not cook when we're there. Walk the boardwalk in the evening and just relax. Tony's pizza used to be our go to as well as our son's go to when they went later with their wives. When it sold 10 or so years ago, the pizza went downhill. We also love Dumser's for ice cream. Our absolute favorite place for brunch is Bayside Skillet. Wonderful crepes, omelets and fresh squeezed oj and mimosas. Been going there for 43 years.
Thrasher's fries are the best with just the salt or my favorite with vinegar and ketchup! We always get pizza from Dough Roller and the ice cream place at Ocean City is Dumser's Dairyland. They have hand dipped and soft serve. I believe there is atleast 2 locations on the Boardwalk and multiple throughout Ocean City. Always a staple in our Ocean City trips! Love seeing our most visited beach. ❤
@dianerivera3222 not just ketchup, vinegar and ketchup together is the best! Dang, it is 8:50 am, and I am now wanting some dang Thrasher's fries and Dumser's mint chocolate chip ice cream! I may need to plan a quick OC, MD overnight trip very soon!
We still love going to OC MD. Have been going for almost 30 years. Still kept clean and safe. Lots of great restaurants that can get pricey. BBQ, Seafood and my favorite place recently, since Phillips closed, is Crab Cake Factory 12000 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD 21842. Another fun video to watch. Thanks !
Thrashers are the best fries! We have them on our boardwalk here in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware too!! So glad you had a fun time in OC! Its been so hot here lately! The ocean feels so good! Enjoy!!
I grew up in Maryland and going to OC every summer, and as long as my Mom was around we kept returning nearly every year. It's a ton of fun! Next time, go by Dumser's Dairyland for your Ice Cream, it's great and they're all over the place.
Used to live in Salisbury not to far from Ocean City as a kid. Spent alot of time on that beach and eating crabs on newspaper and fries in a bucket. Now I am in land locked Tennessee and allergic to shellfish now.
Great video… Really enjoyed it… When we lived in Pennsylvania we spent many many many many summers with our kids in Ocean City Maryland… We now live on the oceanfront in Virginia Beach and loving it just as much…😎
Ha! I was just going to suggest Thrachers. Did you put any malt vinegar on them? So so good! I'm from upstate NY and as a kid we used to go to Rehoboth Beach every summer!
I couple years ago I stayed at the Plim Plaza Hotel. I had the top left corner room with 2 double hung windows. No a/c needed. Great view. The blue and cream blogs to the left of the Plim Plaza are condo's. I will be there 7-28 to 8-1-24. Then I will leave there for Dollywood. I always bring home to my family Thrasher's Fries, Alaska Stand hamburgers and Jessica's Fudge. For me, Franco's has the best pizza. Can't wait to get there. Thanks for sharing your day in OC, MD.
There are fresh, hand-dipped ice cream places all over Ocean City, including the boardwalk. Hot dogs are all over as well. Try Atlantic Stand, Alaska Stand or Polock Johnny's for good hot dogs. I'm surprised you missed them. Another great thing about Ocean City is that it offers 2 large public beaches: the one in Ocean City proper and the one on Assateague Island which features miles of white sand beach without any stores, shops, etc., but has the famous wild ponies. It's the best of both worlds, those who want the energy of OC and those who want a quiet day at the beach.
When you were eating the ice cream you were a block away from the Alaska Stand, home of the best chili dogs you'll find anywhere! And next time, make your ice cream stop Dumser's for the locally made ice cream you mentioned!
You needed to go to the Alaska Stand to get hot dogs and hamburgers! We went to OC a lot in our youth....now we head to beaches we can see in the water. I'm the one that is always swimming near the horseshoe crab, so that's why we love to cruise the Caribbean. Always nice to see a different perspective of our home state! Have a very safe trip back home! 🥰
I recently discovered your channel and I love you guys! Working my way backwards. From Alabama and love y’all are down home people! I used your Belgium videos to plan our recent June trip! Thank you!!
I have lived in Maryland all my life - so OC is "the beach", or as they say in Maryland, "We're going down the ocean"! You missed Dumsers for ice cream! By the inlet and the ride pier. Near Thrashers. Bayside Skillet for omelets and crepes. Fisher's Popcorn. Oh, the memories!
Head towards Bethany beach on RT 26 there are 2 ice cream shops from local farms. One is Ship Wrecked it is a mini golf course but sells local ice cream and then there is Bonkees
Try Jenkinson’s boardwalk in NJ. It’s not super long but it’s my favorite NJ beach. I always park by the aquarium and there’s a free shower there to get cleaned off. Pricing is valet by the aquarium, but if you want it cheaper, there is metered parking in a manciple parking lot much cheaper. There’s also another town I like to go to called Barnegat Light. There’s no boardwalk there’s just houses and beaches that is so peaceful and clean. Hard to find a public parking entrance because a lot of it is private property but once you do, it’s a gorgeous beach. There’s also a lighthouse in that area a must see place.
That's it, if you go back to Maryland yet again I'm alerting the police to arrest you for not eating blue crabs. hahaha My Mom used to regale my sister and I with tales of her youth going down to Ocean City. Wild and crazy days of the very late 40s and into the 50s.
As a Marylander, Ocean City is my happy place. Especially getting up early and riding a bike on the boardwalk. There is nothing better.
Best place on earth. Something for everyone and convenient. I recommend getting a place on the beach that’s private further north
We love ocean city Maryland
Omg when you said you can’t find a hot dog or good if cream I was yelling at you LOL you walked past the Alaska Stand!!!! Best burgers and hot dogs for 90 something years!!! And Dumsers ice cream! Ahhhhhh 😱😤 LOL you guys are fun
OC has the best boardwalk!!
Living vicariously through you two!😂😂 LOVVVVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!
Thank you for sharing this with me. I just loved it.
Thrashes fries... you forgot the vinegar! I'm not a big vinegar person. But on those fries.....yum! Used to go to OC as a teen quite often.
Ocean City looks awesome!
you have put apple cider vinegar on the the fries! also HIGHLY recommend Bull on the Beach! Scooped Icecream IS ALL ABOUT DUMSERS!

@@nickiwilson9116 Ketchup? That's blasphemy. I'm a purist. Just salted for me.

You are lucky!
I am a native Marylander and I’ve been going to Ocean City since I was a baby and for ice cream I recommend Dumser’s Dairyland!
I just posted that above myself!
Grew up going to OC every summer as a child. So many great memories. Thrashers fries, Trumper rides and Salt water taffy.
@@grlygrlinfl Dolly's! Loved the licorice salt water Taffy.
Used to live in Salisbury not to far from Ocean City as a kid. Spent alot of time on that beach and eating crabs on newspaper and fries in a bucket. Now I am in land locked Tennessee and allergic to shellfish now.
Next time try Dumsers for ice cream. I believe they make their own. Love your vlogs.
There is a Hagen Daz on the boardwalk. Hand scooped ice cream..best you can get..
Pollack johnnies for hot dogs and sausages..
Great video… Really enjoyed it… When we lived in Pennsylvania we spent many many many many summers with our kids in Ocean City Maryland… We now live on the oceanfront in Virginia Beach and loving it just as much…😎

Hey you guys!!! You're in my home town!! I live here in OCMD!!! So excited to see this video! Really glad you guys loved Ocean City MD so much! 😊
So glad you made it back to OC! As a Maryland native, I go there a lot. So much to do and A LOT of food!!!!
It’s so much fun there!
Ha! I was just going to suggest Thrachers. Did you put any malt vinegar on them? So so good! I'm from upstate NY and as a kid we used to go to Rehoboth Beach every summer!

Definitely can buy one slice from Dough Roller!
Alask stand has hot dogs n burgers on the boardwalk there!
Love me some OCMD!!
Dumpsters has the best ice cream.
I'm lactose intolerant and still love it. Ruins me for the next 12-24 hours but worth it
That's it, if you go back to Maryland yet again I'm alerting the police to arrest you for not eating blue crabs. hahaha

Welcome to my little beach life. Have lots of fun and be safe. Eat lots of thrashers fries and lots of seafood.
Thank you! Will do!
Best pizza is Squarz pizza on coastal highway in Ocean City
It is beautiful there! Where is your dog?
It is sad we have lived in Maryland for over 20 years and never made it to Ocean City. That changes in a couple of weeks.
Y'all are 2 cool.
Where R U all gonna go next 😊
We are working on planning the next trip!
Ocean City, Maryland is such a blast! We sent you an email, take a look.
Take your own ketchup for the fries. They only have vinegar
You need vinegar on fries!!
I hate the beach but if they established a rail connection between here and dc I’d visit multiple times a year.
Where’s Pepper???
You left your chairs on the beach unattended? You’re very lucky they r still there.
We didn’t plan on being gone very long…. 🙃
"No Alcohol"
Hi name of wings restaurant please.
