One of the channels I watch as I’m new to bow hunting. Love the videos. I can’t wait for deer season here in north Texas where I’ve got 115 acres to hunt. Been trying to get a coyote and had a doe come into about 15 yards the other night, didn’t know I was there for about 7 minutes! Awesome feeling being new to the bow hunting part.
I took the stubby off and put on and 7 inch cbe torque in it's place and then put a 11 inch on the back bar set up with hours side bar mount on my rx5 ultra and it's shooting insanely well I'm still gonna play with the weights to get it perfect.
@@sbucklename7605 well I was shooting the bear escape and it's a 350 ibo and had a really rough draw cycle and it's amazing compared to that in general I think I could've gotten it in 80 pounds and still pulled it all day. I really hated the way hoyts felt until I shot this year's bows!!!!!
Had mine on order day after they released them.. still waiting. Kind of frustrated it's taking so long but, still pumped to get it in range. Turkey season coming up so better hurry and get in
Just got a sweet og, dark army green Ventum33. So sexy and I love the lettoff. Solution and Ventum33 are my 2 fav bows this yr.. And I have a brand new V3.. Love me some Bowtech! And the new HOYT!
whats the difference between the hole/attachment point for the new SL sidebar mount and the quiver attachment point above it? trying to figure if i could use the sidebar mount for my torrex xt and just use the quiver attachment point
Ventum is better than the carbon models this year imo. Have you tried the bee stinger stabilizer from the lower position instead of the stock stabilizer?
I am see long stabilizer on there when I actually realized there are engineers know what they’re doing, and now I have a more compact bow and got rid of the massive stabilizer, new technology brother, go with it
Ever see what sorta set ups target archers shoot? Do they not shoot the latest technology bows and STILL add a shit ton of stabilizers? Not saying anyone has to, but don't you think they can help in certain cases?
I just got my 80lb Ventum 30 w/ a 28" draw. It does feel a little heavy but just like you said it holds really well. Im shooting 450 grain Easton Axis 5mm match grades. I dont know what speeds its getting but I know its fast!

Welcome to the club my friend
You’ve got the sickness lol. You’ll be as crazy as us before you know it! Good luck this year, coming from another North Texan.
@@tystaytonrealtor thanks man, good luck to you this year as well!
Repetition is the mother of all learning! great video man, appreciate the work you do!
You have great form. Never hurts to tinker around with set ups. Gotta try to find that sweet combination where it holds best for sure.
Have the same bow and am running a Shrewd 12” off the lower insert and a 9” Shrewd off the back.

How is your draw cycle on your ultra?

What did you end up keeping weight wise front and back? Did you keep the front bar on top of the short stop bar?
sick bow, cant wait for my wildrenesss 33 to arrive
I just love shooting bows...yes we do

That’s a good looking bow!
Great video! How do you like the axcel sight?

I’ve got the Ventum 30 and searched EVERYWHERE for the SL sidebar mount and cannot find it. Hoyt says in a month about each month! 😡
What does the bow way without the standard stabilizer?
What’s the bee stinger back bar length 6 or 8 “ ?

Probably 300 + fps
What’s the draw cycle feel like with those 80lbs limbs?
what bino harness do you have?
Outdoor vision!
Hey man. What’s your release?
I would also like to know
It’s the truball HBC 3 finger hinge 👍🏼
Thanks. Good videos. Hallo from Germany 🇩🇪
I am finding it hard to make up my mind between the Hoyt Ventum 30 and the V3 31 anything is an improvement on my legacy.
Ummm. If your referring to the 2002 Matthews. Yes . I had one a few bows ago. :)
I’m leaning toward the Ventum myself. Good luck.
That thing is so quiet you can hear the hinge break over.... Wow.
Jeez that bow is quiet!
I am not a fan of hoyt. But that bow is sweet.
I said it was shooting quiet right before u said it lol
