- Join me for one of my New Music Finds shopping excursions at my local record store. Factory Records is one of the biggest record stores around. While it’s focus is vinyl, there are also, CDs, cassettes, and even 8-tracks!! The place is basically one big music museum! They’re located at 158 W. Clinton Street in Dover New Jersey, and are one of the last real record stores. If you’re in the area make sure to check them out for that old school record store experience.

what a cool store. Felt like I was transformed back to the 70's which was my favorite time for music.
Mine took me to the 80’s but that’s what’s great about music, it’s timeless and universal.

Again a shop with good prices. Love the way the shop looks.
I find that each store has its pluses. Even ones that are over priced are sometimes the only stores that have those really rare items you’ve been searching and searching for.
Cool store. Now I wanna listen to Spiritual Healing, I'm probably the only one, but that's my favourite Death album.

Wow, that place looks awesome just when you walk in the door.
The atmosphere is really cool! The place is also a live concert venue.

Yeah I keep meaning to pick some up too. I live looking at all the old adds and things that are in the magazines beyond just the articles and photos.
Loved that King Buffalo they were playing in background at one point. Cool looking store. Wish I had something like that near me in NC.

Cool that Hanoi Rocks collection had "Under my wheels". Hanoi Rocks just had gig with their old line up at Michael Monroes birtday gig. Have you listened Andy's new solo album (cover songs). That was good store, because they had also Monroe. ;) No but really, cool looking place. Every music store looks cool, it's been too long time from my last visit.

Everything was price at or around what I’d expect. Still there were some good deals hidden in there where I thought the price should be way higher.

I've been looking for that L.A. Guns compilation forever, love the track listing on it. Curious how the sound quality and remastering is on it.
Nice store and selection I would have needed a shopping cart, for my buying habits, they had a nice inventory and prices.

Do your research in advance and map them out. There are record stores everywhere. You just have to find them.
Thanks Brendan, I will. My wife and myself have only a few days in Miami before we sail out on a cruise ship. I’ll have limited time and baggage space …. But hey that won’t stop me!! Keep up the good work the videos are great …

That Montrose Mean album is incredibly hard to find on CD. I don't know how common the vinyl version is, but I was surprised to see you find it there!
It’s very hard to find in any format but it seems CD is the hardest.

Looks like another awesome shop! You showed 'Trust' by Elvis Costello. Any Elvis in your collection? And that Jet Red album is pretty solid AOR -- think you'd dig it. And I'm not into vinyl at all, but you showed a couple of LPs I may have picked up just for their covers (zoinks). THX, Brendon!
Yes I’ve got some of his albums in my collection.
I own Boulevard "Into The Street" on CD. Good album. First four tracks are vintage classic late 80s/early 90s AOR. You should definitely check into that album. Also, "Off The Wall" (at 8:04) is my fave MJ song. WAY better than ANY song on Thriller. Almost never gets any airplay anywhere anymore. Try saying the previous sentence fast three times lol.
Hope you picked up that Earth Quake 8.5 album. You're going to love this band. Classic 70s power pop.
Quality store. Many have gone waaaay down hill where I live. The CD selection and diversity is way down. Very sad. 80% of the store is vinyl. I get it. It is pure business trends and generational shifts.
