Because of this video I made my trip there & I love this place. I met Ethan. Great guy! He has a growing vintage Hifi section with some great gear! He also has a tech that works on this gear too. That’s a lost art that is slowly coming back and hard to find a tech to work on vintage gear. Very laid back place. I’ll be shopping here to build my 3rd vintage stereo setup soon! I need a vintage killer cassette deck & I hear he’s getting some Teac’s in soon!
Hi Vintage Audio, thank you so much for sharing your trip to Factory Records. Yes he does have some good vintage stuff. I’m glad my video helped you find this spot. Thanks again.

I haven't lived in Northern New Jersey in years, my go to place is or was in Pompton Plains on the main street. Most of my records came from that store. There was a guy on route 23 that used a pricing guide online so some records weren't much of a deal. Now in South Jersey, I go to a place in Berlin off route 73 that believe it or not is over a carpet store, they also have vintage stereo equipment too.
thank you Timothy, I haven't been around the Pomptom Lakes yet. Be sure to ck out my Brooklyn Record digs and subscribe to my channel & website alvaromrxjimenez.com

He needs a gourmet coffee shop with pastries & sandwiches & a vintage hifi system spinning vinyl . That would be super cool!!
