Welcome back, just a work in progress video to keep you posted with the ongoing Porsche 993 Turbo build. I have been taking some time to learn new software and try and make updates and upgrades on this kit.

Yeah I think the 993 shape is a special one. The last air cooled and the shape is unmistakable. I thought this was going to be a quick out of the box build, but the tinkering and curioustiy got me working on it even more. Great attention to the details. Takes time for sure but worth the outcome.
Thanks for the support, I thought this was going to be a quick out of the box build but couldn't resist tinkering and giving it a bit more. I think there are some more areas which can be improved, lets see as the build progresses.
That second wheel you printed is very nice!
I think so too! I'm glad to have taken some time to get into a 3D program so I can make custom parts to print in resin. This gives another dimension I hope and improve the kits that are still in this huge pile. Here to make improvements and progress. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching and pushing me to get it done. It's taking me longer than I expected, but will add details here and there to make it a nice complete build.
Do you work on 1/8 scale ? I have pocher porsche 993 i need turbo trans kit
Hey ya! Thanks for dropping me a line. Pocher! That legendary name, the F40 was the holy grail with the full transkit from autograph! With the 993 it was simpler but the only 993 at that scale. I've not got any reference at the moment, but would be a good subject to 3d scan and develop. I'd say some photo etching and lathed details too for the fine items are needed. It'll be a project, but I've unfortunately not got the base to start with. Some day once I've built all those other kits ;)
Care to sell them on shapeways?
@Nay a Let me make the tyres first and check fitment on the wheel and then the chassis. Then once it all looks great I'll consider the Shapeways route. Thanks for the support, I'll get back into it shortly
