Having just transplanted to Idaho from Ca. I've been looking for some good 4x4 trails. Being used to the Rubicon and other Sierra trails, this one looks like fun. Is it the hardest, certainly not, but beautiful mountains, crystal clear streams, somewhat challenging trail, what's not to like? 👍
@@ickna2002 Lol..yes we did..we ran it at night with the LR3....but that was a few years ago, and when we ran it this year, the trail seemed to be in much worse shape because of the super wet winter/spring we had. This year we ran a 4runner on 33s up this trail...and it made it, but it took a lot of spotting and rock stacking to get thing up and down.
I know, it was pretty easy other than a couple of somewhat challenging spots, but it was the hardest rated trail we could find on OnX or trails offroad. Really we should’ve found some locals to show us around.
@@ChuckHolt just googled the coordinates thanks man. Little farther than what we could do as a day trip. It’s about 10 hour drive time due south of us.
Kept waiting for the hard trail? When are you guys gonna show the hard part next episode? There are harder trails in the owhyees south of Nampa, ID
I want to check them out! Haven’t been down there, from what I was seeing on the maps this was the hardest rated one I could find.
Best video showing how hard this trail is. I'll have to do some more upgrades to my FJ to make it up this.
It’s worth doing to see the history up there.
Great video thank you for sharing🎉
Thanks!
Looks beautiful! We just got back from Colorado, but I could use some Idaho and Montana action
The views throughout the whole trip were amazing

I’m sure there are harder ones but this was the hardest we could find doing a bit of research in the area, and the highest rated on OnX
Go back to cali
@ChuckHolt clearly you ain't been on some of the rock trailss that's 100% not the hardest
Love that trail
It was fun
Didnt you guys take an LR3 on this trail?

Where is this trail? Coordinates?
Just north of ketchum right off of hwy 75 before the Easley campground on the north side of the highway
@@ChuckHolt do you think an XJ on 35s/4:88s/lockers would make it?
@@moejr14 I think so, it will be a challenge in a couple spots but I would try it in that for sure
Bruh 😂😂

Can I get a gp coordinate for that trail? Looks fun. I’m just north of the border in southeast BC
Here’s the start of it, I have the gpx file if you have a way for me to send it to you.
43.78156, -114.50752
This trail was incredible. Killer views and history.

It's a shame you publicly post coordinates to this piece of heaven on a public platform. We have enough over traffic these days in this area as it is.
@@DirtMonkey625 it’s literally on OnX, Trails offroad, Gaia and every other mapping software there is. It’s not a secret at all
Nice click bait hardest trail 😂😂
Highest rated I could find, it obviously wasn’t terrible but it was harder than all the rest of the ones we could find.
