Be careful, Chris. Seems like you've been getting more than your fair share of sickness and injury lately (not to mention the already preexisting back issues). I'm glad you are doing somewhat better, though, with the back surgery being the biggest concern now (wishing you the best with that in September too 🙏). The BGVP DMA sounds like the alphabet soup of iems with all those letters. 😆Supposedly, the DMA is an abbreviation of Dream Armature. It sounds like a unique listen from your description and I'm not too surprised considering the quality of its internal components. I'll be looking at sales on it in the future as well but definitely won't be able to get it any time soon (unless it's a major price cut). Anyway, thank you for another great review! 👍
If i remember correctly, BGVP came to the market with hybrids (don't remember the name, but something with 6 number). and they were.. like crazy good for that time. and they cost something about 100$. and look what's happened now? technologies, technologies, technologies! they crushing the market with those. but we have too much competitors in price range and so easy to lost attention to company. thx for mentioning, btw)) and watch your steps. Cheers!
Fantastic review! Yeah, I really need to get a bone conduction set of IEM's. Hopefully for my birthday next month as that will be a fairly big purchase as I will want a decent set. Maybe this set! Keep your sea legs down and face off the ground 😆 j/k!
oh my GOD. The Phantom looks absolutely delicious!!! That is well out of my price range at this point, but it might be worth it to contact BGVP and initiate a relationship. I'll bet the 2BA 2DD 2EST 2BCD config, if done right, is probably one of the more formidable sets available regardless of price. But alas, I need to keep content current and that set would probably keep me from buying any new sets for a couple of months at least.
@@woophieink6528 Good question. It is kind of full-on in its presentation, but here is the thing, it performs very well at lower volume too. So I would say, based on the overall performance, it is still the better choice of the two. However, the Wind would definitely be considered "calmer" overall. Tough decision. For me it is the DMA all day, but the Wind might be the better choice for you. And it is a very high-performing set as well!
Oh came across your video again, and im meaning to ask. How does the BGVP DMA compares to the S12 24? Would you consider it an upgrade? Noticeable difference? Im really fascinated with the 2 BCD for just 300$ but unsure if its worth it.
@@90enemies Well let me put it this way. I just bought the DMA for myself. That was a loaner set that I reviewed. There were a bunch of sets that I was eyeing. The Deuce, Dynaquattro, AFUL P5+2 - that I haven’t tried, but I bought the DMA. Is is a definite upgrade? I think so. But the S12 2024 is still in my top 3 of the 2024 releases.
@BassDad8 Thanks a bunch man. Also I genuinely appreciate you actually taking your time to reply each time I had a question. For that alone and the fact you review a lot of underrated and small name IEMs that others barely cover, Im now a new subscriber. I look forward to your next review.
@ManoharOfficial oh no. Nothing that cool. It’s just the sound card unit that came with my iec711 measurement rig. But now I’m gonna have to look up the O2!!!
Yeah, I've had a few (cheap, but also expensive like Campfire Audio) IEMs die on me in the last 12 years because of MMCX or they just had loose connection and kept interrupting sound, it's just a bad design and shouldn't exist. From what I've heard, this connection was not even designed for headphones in the first place, which are always moving, they are portable, something you always move around and put in a case, in your pocket etc. If you have no problems with it, that's good. For me, it's a red flag. I remember when I started this hobby most IEMs had MMCX and now, not so much. It's a shame because the DMA looked interesting. Thanks for all the work you do!
Love your review man.
I love watching your reviews even though I am not buying anything for next 3-5 years 😂😂 You will be a big youtuber by then!
Laughed myself to tears hearing your land is not my friend story, I too suffer this problem. I blame ADD 🤣 great review as always!
These just play my metal so well! I'm very tempted to get their flagship set with the same bc driver.
@@roguegorilla8981 seriously! I’m getting the DMA for myself this fall. If I can wait that long…

Yeah I think I am done with the maladies. I am going to be playing it very safe up until and after surgery. No need for any further issues. 😆
Sometimes this is easier said than done but I certainly wish you the best!
I agree Plutus beast was good for the price. Excellent review, I feel like blind buying it rn.

Sounds like an experience! Gret review as usual. P. S. Watch your feet 🐾
LOL. for sure. I will be paying more attention next time I am running er I mean walking down the stairs to listen to IEMs.
@@BassDad8 😂
Great review. Thanks!
I should start calling you Uncle Bone Conductor. 😅
I'm taking a mental note for now on this bone conductor thing-y. 🤔
So out of my price range. I have to save up just for P. Beast, which is probably October.
Try to be careful next time Uncle Bangs. Sheesh. 😳
@@stephenkrus I’m a buffoon. That was ridiculous. lol
Have you heard the BGVP Phantom? If so, how do they compare?

Dma vs dynaquatteo vs yu9 yan? For best bass and treble
@@shahzeebmuzaffar for the best of both worlds, it’s going to be the DMA
with the hifigo 818 SALES deals I don't know what to buy between the BQEYZ WIND or spend a bit more on the BGVP DMA... which will it be for you?

Is the dma better the dynaquattro and yan?
