I’d love this boat. You would not think it was 15 years old. I’m not too sure how well the inclusion of a brig with ironing board would be received in certain quarters though. :)
What a spectacularly well appointed and finished Yacht. Clearly the owner has taken such good care and attention to detail to a whole other level. You are correct, I have never seen a hidden laundry room on a boat before. The level of build detail is outstanding. Thanks for the tour of such an impressive yacht.
If you’re going to buy a used boat, buy one from an owner like this one had. Boat maintenance is an endless, expensive task - but it doesn’t half show when it is done by someone who loves the boat with a passion.
Again, another great video on a very reasonably priced alternative for those of us who don’t have the means to buy a new yacht. Love it! One of the best ones so far! Thank you dear sir!
This is absolutely what I’m looking for! Perfect price, perfect size and perfect spec! Great boat all round and brilliant tour as always! I love Fridays at Midday! Have a great weekend
A bit big for a first timer like me though. Something 30 to 44 foot as a training cruiser would be perfect (after 44 feet you start hitting more red tape and regulations).
Had to watch this one a second time! What a fine ship! The woodwork, the AV equipment, the galley w/ cabin-size utility room! The cabin door handles, and everything else good, all for £359k. That really is a very nice simple interior layout design. Good.
I believe this might be the best used boat you have reviewed, of those that I've seen anyway, and regardless of it's age. Fairline never seem to disappoint.
This vessel is simply stunning and has features that I adore in yachts in general. It's nor boring and plain like new yachts. It has curves, flows and features hidden throughout it. But it's not focused solely on sunbathing, which is where most of these vessels can fit 20+ people sunbathing but sleep 8+2 crew. This has the area beautifully setup. The sole annoyance I had, which could be fixed would be the squeak from that walkway platform at the aft of the vessel. That's really nothing major and could be easily fixed. Some upgraded engines and navigation and this would be iconic as a vessel given the price I think it already is. Well done. Please keep more like this coming. Fascinating vessel. If you have time, I would love to see you do a tour of a Conquest 405, I know that is not your normal vessel but that is stunning as well. Cheers.
This has to be the best value for money boat you've ever toured. The laundry room is fantastic, a secret hide away. This is a liveable boat, a goldilocks boat, not too big, not too small, just right. It's goldilocks all round, almost everything is just right. Excellent tour as per usual, editing magic and cameo from Maggie, pure gold. Take care of yourself and stay safe. 👍👍👍🚢🛥☠⛴🛳⚓🚤⛵😎
I made a sin, I clicked another yacht tour channel video. But I must say couldn't watch it more than couple of minutes. You just manage to give clear view of the layout and it is easy to follow. No flashy adhd cuts and without unnessesary smalltalk etc. By the way, the boat is just amazing for under 400k pounds.
You must come to Piraeus/Greece Nick, lots of yachts and motor yachts plus in September we have a huge yacht show with new and older boats, keep safe, cheers!
@@AQUAHOLIC anytime Nick, anytime! I haved no clue about yachts till i stuck with your videos on quarantine time, now i enjoy minute by minute all of your videos!!
What a great boat! Sleeps 6 crew of 2, separate laundry room, sub 60’ and £359K? Now all I need to do is convince the Mrs that this is the own. Fingers crossed. Bravo!
What a superb boat, wonderful layout, superbly looked after, what a gem. Thanks to both you Nick and the generous owner for letting us view this beauty.
Lovely boat incredible condition and nearly affordable just need £358,000. Simple. Again great work Nick keep finding these marvellous boats so we all can dream one day.
This is one of the coolest layouts I’ve seen on here for a boat of this size. This will definitely be at the top of my favorites list, until something better comes up. The lay-out is so unique. Most boats of a given size are all very similarly configured. Thats what makes this my favorite, its not “cookie cutter” designing. Its a shame more manufacturers don’t try different designs.
Nick these 58 foot boats just don't have the Extra Room that you need for guests & Crew of Two . I Enjoy your presentation of this Smaller boat . Thanks Nick. Cheers
Magic? This whole time I thought you were just a very talented muggle. Know I know how you get people to keep watching your videos. We're on to your dastardly dark arts of entertainment.
I don't really know how to explain what it is exactly, but something about how yout talk and present boats is far more comfortable to watch than any other boat showing-off / sales channel on youtube I've seen.
Not a sharp angle in sight, everything rounded off or curved including the cockpit door which I don't think I've seen before. A lot of boat for the price of a house, stunning. Thanks for the tour Nick 👍😎
Again wonderful Boat thank you very much Nick your attention to details and your explanation and practicality on the boat and the running of it and looking in every nook and cranny that's fantastic your reviews are most welcoming...👍🏿😊
This is honestly a brilliant layout. Fantastic way to try and bring the yacht feel to a much smaller boat which they maxed out wonderfully. The price is outstanding too. Fantastic peice of kit. For sure will sell quickly. The galley is incredible
Well it's taken a year of being subscribed to your channel Nick and finally, I have found the boat that is exactly for me... I didn't have my hearing aids in at the time as I had just showered and was drying up with a towel over my head, and so the visual imagery of the lounge and kitchen without audio etc and that was enough for me... Now, I'm not sure if my right to buy council flat would stretch to the budget of this boat, but, if I had the money... this would be it... lovely....
Love it...very nice and affordable. If I owned it, I'd definitely drop a 7.5 or 10 kW generator in it somewhere. BTW Nick, your tours are the best on The Tube. I watch lots of yacht tour videos and I love your tours the best. Denison comes in a close second but I cant tell you how many times I see a gorgeous yacht in the right margin and I click on the video only to be disappointed by the production and the quality of the walkthroughs. There's one company who deals in very high end luxury yachts with very high video production standards but all they give you are close ups of details without ever showing the scale and perspective like taking you into a gorgeous and spacious salon and showing you a close up of wine glasses hanging in an overhead rack!. Another channel has incredible yachts with a skinny and crazed Italian speaker running around acting like a goofball! There's yet another that has an older and portly gentleman (who may own the yacht broker company if I remember correctly) who has such a sleep inducing voice and presence while he rubs a teak side rail you just want to take a nap instead of watch the video! And then, of course, walkthroughs of magnificent boats and NO ENGINE ROOM TOURS!!!!! I can't tell you how disappointed that makes me! Keep up the great work. Absolutely the best yacht walkthroughs out there!
I love the design of these early 21st century Fairlines. It's all lovely curves, even the main doors in the cockpit are curved. I also love the sunken galley, neither on the main deck or down below, sort of in between. And the storage in the utility room, very very useful. Not mad on the high gloss cherry though, it was fashionable at around this time but much prefer a satin finish, walnut or oak. Think I could live with it though, beautiful boat and good value it seems.
I actually have seen a hidden laundry/utility room with a pop-out ironing board tucked away behind the galley on a similar sized yacht before, but now I can't remember if it was one of your later videos or from another channel (NautiStyles, etc.). I've watched so many yacht tours over the years it's so easy to lose track. That said, this is only the second time I've ever seen anything like that, and I actually think it's great - could be a great overflow pantry area and of course laundry. This boat fits the bill for liveaboard much more than most other 58' craft IMO. I also really liked how both guest cabins were truly comfortable and not cramped - probably the benefits of having a bow master rather than an aft master. And while I'd normally prefer a full-beam master, I thought this one was perfectly spacious and well-appointed. I can see why the owner cares so much for this vessel. Superb.
Another awesome video Nick. You are killing it. I love seeing you waving at the mirror and your Douchebag. These two thungs are becoming a classic !!! Thank you for allowing me to have 10-20 minutes of fun and relax while watching your videos
That storage area accessible from the galley is a stroke of genius! A feature every vessel needs. Storage is the biggest issue on any vessel you will be staying aboard for any length of time. The ironing board is brilliant! There are always a few items that look much better with a quick pressing after a wash. This truly is a small luxury yacht worthy of the name.
03:19 - It's great to know yacht owners like Twix bars too! (How did I NOT* know they come in a white chocolate version - heading to the store after this... ha) 08:13 - Hello Me. 😉 10:10 - I always suspected, maybe it it was the accent, that you were related to Harry Potter - not just a regular ole muggle after all! 😁 14:20 - Not entirely sure I would TRUST some of the teens I know being back there. At least not without searching their luggage as they board, haha... 🤣 Another well done video of a very cool boat (LOVE that laundry / "basement" area! Wine Cellar anyone?!?). I did see a couple things that would keep it off my list - but if the keys showed up in a package for my birthday, I'd not turn it down. 😝 Thanks again, Nick... for the great tours you show us! (AND for not getting "out of hand" with the amount of ads/sponsors - I didn't find it getting in the way at all.)
It's Friday Fantastic day with Lord Nickquaholic! Fantastic boat that was, with respectable crew accommodation and underground storage with no loss to anywhere else on the boat fantastic. Cheered me up no end. Thankyou so much, brilliant.
Fairline is a absolut blast,...real good quality especially the older ones. I had a 2007 Phantom 40 Fly for many years moored in mallorca. just sold it this week !!! sad but true...
What engine(s) did you have, and what was the range like at lower speeds? 300 miles blasting around the bay is fine for a day out, but if you are making a longer passage that could get expensive real quick. Thanks.
That is an amazing amount of boat for the money! I love the way the galley is part of the saloon/dinette, but also tucked away a bit, just right. The utility room is a much better use of space (to my mind) than having a vast, full beam master cabin which is mainly wasted space. That forward master cabin is more than big enough, again IMO. Thanks Nick!
Agree 100% on your comments. This yacht design/layout had what no other has or has had. The slightly sunken galley position with the utility room facility is just perfect, as galley's on this size yacht are always a compromise for anything more than a week away (Stefan Kreft)! What are your views on the internal stairs to the Flybridge (snipedoctor Fred) and the crew cabin/lazarette vs having a more accessible engine room/garage, and room to house a generator (MrCrystalcranium)?
This boat looks like the perfect liveaboard for a couple as it has so many areas to get on with your separate activities. She also looks well built to withstand the test of time. Very getattable boat for the majority Nick! lol
who would've thought that indoor flybridge access stairs could look so stylish? ;) Kind of tied the room together, like a sculpture! Something about these 2000s boats are so warm and inviting. The high gloss (cherry?) woods, the curves, the lighting....I like the styling of the boats now too, but you see a lot of sharp lines now and more "muted" colors. That utility room is a nice touch! It does take some space away from other areas, but who wouldn't want more space to work with in a galley that size (not to mention, a whole 'nother fridge). It's like having that cellar/pantry from the kitchen you see in a lot of old houses :)
A sub 60ft boat that can possibly sleep 8 person's in comfortable surroundings brilliant! I love seeing well-maintained boats, and this one is one of the best that I have ever seen! A credit to it's owner who is probably a seasoned skipper who looks after his home from home.
Hi Nick, now I’ve watched just about every boat tour you have done right back to the early days ! That is by far the best boat I have seen ! Very unique lay out, completely broke the mould with that one ! Tribute to its owner too 👌🏼. Beauty !
You can’t imagine how much I look forward to your new videos. For me they’re like therapy. I can forget all the craziness in the world for 10-15 minutes and fantasise about a more relaxing life on the ocean wave 🌊
For a 15 year old boat this is well spec'ed and designed. Also aged well - love how they have separated the galley from the lounge and dinning area. Feels like a boat you could have extended stays on. Very nice.
I love those little spaces like the utility room in boats like this. Crew cabins on the smaller ships are another thing I like looking at too. Couldn't tell you why though.
What a fantastic interior! I love the woodwork and especially the way everything has curves and is laid out at different elevations. Even the stairs inside to the flybridge are beautifully architected.
HA!! I guessed right! I saw it, and when Nick said, "Can you guess?" I thought "Ironing board?" (Made sense, since the washer/dryer were there). And, I'm really impressed with this boat; I love the layout, and the "hidden" compartment off the kitchen was just awesome, a fantastic use of space. As always, great tour, thank you very much!!
As a boatmaniac I’m addicted to your videos Nick, best boat reviews on the net, period. Great work. You must show us an Outer Reef Trident! 550 or 620 doesn’t matter. ;-)
i like these older yacht tours better than the newer yachts , really shows which manufacturer in terms of styling & layout holds up over time ... also a vast more people will be in the market for a used older yacht in the $300k - $700k range than a brand new one that's well over 1 million ---- great vid!
Are we understand correctly, you buying your wonderful wife a, may I add a 2nd hand ironing board, failed to tell her it was attached to a Fairline Squadron 58. Priceless...
Lovely boats, the 58's, we also had the earlier 55 and prior to that the 50 too, the Princess 56 was very similar with a utility room and ironing board, just for interest, the 58 could have a berth and head in the utility too.A real blast from the past, thank you for the tour.
To the price and what you get ratio I think this is one of the best boats I’ve ever seen.
Your right dude ! I L❤VE this boat.
ido kraus dadon you absolutely right this is what I was thinking
Only if the engines are in good shape !
@@ioanpena why shulden they be in good shape
Every thing els is
A Lot of bang for your buck . very nice and you can tell Nick was not rushed as he opened lots of cupboards.
For the money perhaps the nicest boat I have seen you review. Very, very nice for £350k.
That utility room is very impressive!
Kids would love this “secret” room
Ok Dirk, but I hope you realize the room is not a cellar in Austria.
I’d love this boat. You would not think it was 15 years old. I’m not too sure how well the inclusion of a brig with ironing board would be received in certain quarters though. :)
They've got something to do whilst your Captaining/Piloting! 😁 😁😁😁😁😁
Id be concerned about getting whacked with a hot iron
I have no idea why they put an ironing board in the "cocaine pantry".
Make it a Miele roller iron and it will be ok 😂
What a spectacularly well appointed and finished Yacht. Clearly the owner has taken such good care and attention to detail to a whole other level. Love these older boat reviews. So much bang for the buck
What a great boat, high spec finish, fabulous little extras throughout, very sleek and roomy and great vfm...

Boat maintenance is an endless, expensive task - but it doesn’t half show when it is done by someone who loves the boat with a passion.
Beautiful boat Nick hard to believe its an 05 model very roomy indeed the fly bridge lounge is where I would be relaxing

I know why I do. So if I'm WANTING (needing?) to bring maybe a captain and a chef on a longer trip... I could.
Really nice boat Nick. I think one of my favourites. Great tour again also. Thanks
Ironing board. Very slick. I love the wood grains and finish. EDIT: Proper 2 man helm is a plus.
What a fantastic interior! I love the woodwork and especially the way everything has curves and is laid out at different elevations. Even the stairs inside to the flybridge are beautifully architected.
What a great boat for the money. Will look more into Fairline Nick. Many thanks.
Amazing boat and love the secret compartment in the kitchen, very cool! Thoroughly enjoyable tour as always. Thanks NIck 👍
My pleasure!
This is a beautiful boat, well priced and updated. Great for a family of 4 or 5. This one has aged well. Good find Nick!!!!
This is truly a well thought out build.
Love the galley slightly sunken off the living area - not in the way and still part of the room. What great condition it's in!
great video and a very good tour of this great boat, a lot of boat for the money and very well looked after, would not think it's 15 years old
I like the layout of the saloon/galley and helm station ..Fairline should use this layout on their new yachts.
Very clever design, beautifully showcased as per.
Thank you very much!
Thanks for watching!
As a boatmaniac I’m addicted to your videos Nick, best boat reviews on the net, period.
Great work.
You must show us an Outer Reef Trident!
550 or 620 doesn’t matter. ;-)
For 400k I'm really impressed good job keep it up
That a very stunning boat. Lovely fitures and details. Very nice👌
i like these older yacht tours better than the newer yachts , really shows which manufacturer in terms of styling & layout holds up over time ... also a vast more people will be in the market for a used older yacht in the $300k - $700k range than a brand new one that's well over 1 million
---- great vid!
Every boat comes with a really cool white backpack. Hi from Texas, Thank you for these great videos.
I think I saw an asterisk someplace that said "MTB n=Not Included - For Display Purposes Only" ! 🤣
I saw more than 30 of your videos but I can say this boat even with 15 years old is really nice 👍 looks new
That has to be the best quality boat for the money and perfect layout for the size.
I told my wife I was buying her an ironing board. Whoda thunk she wouldn't take it so well.. Exquisite yacht!
Thanks for watching! :)
My all time favorite!!! LIFE GOALS here we come
