You can tell Nick is a big fan of Princess. He used more superlatives on this video than all the others from 2022 combined. I would say the Superfly is super… Fly!
Man I just love your videos. Nothing like a decent bloke, talking about what he loves with enthusiasm, and giving us a glimpse into this whole other world.
This is a massively impressive boat. 5 cabins and huge entertaining areas in 80 ft. is an engineering and architectural tour de force. And if you configured 4 cabins and main deck dining room it would still comfortably rival boats up to 120 ft. missing only accommodation for two. Princess always impresses, but this is something very special indeed. Totally understand your enthusiasm Nick. As always, thanks.
I thought it felt a bit cramped and the "owners cabin" wasn't full beam unless you count the head. I didn't care for the layout - too many compromises for a boat that expensive. I mean if someone wanted to give it to me, sure. But if someone gave me the cash to buy a boat, I'd buy a different one.
I thought this tour was never going to end and to be honest I did not want it to. That is an absolutely beautiful yacht just incredible, I loved everything on it, unbelievably spacious and so well finished, With the size of the engine room I thought you had gone onto another yacht without telling us. Great tour Nick many thanks.
To me what makes it a complete deal is the fact that they label everything, it is not good only for maintaining the boat but to modify it as well, that ammount of dedication tells a lot about the manufacturer
Wow. Im flabbergasted. Only Princess could make a boat this elegant. She has it all, so much space for an 80ft boat. The amount of room you have is incredible. 5 cabins as well. I hope so hope my lottery numbers come up. I would buy one of these without hesitation. Thank you so much Nick for showing us around this beautiful 9 tv boat. She is a stunner
A fabulous British built super yacht. Nice to see that we still have the design, management, engineering, and craftsmanship to produce these things in the UK.
This is innovation in action! Why spend more on moorings & running costs etc when you can get 120ft of boat in 80ft. I'm usually not a fan of high gloss, but it really suits this boat! This, This is now my lottery winning boat right here! As always, thanks for an awesome tour Nick.
Awesome, I think you summed it up in your comments early on in the tour, simply “No Compromise ” absolute perfection. Nick, this is what Aquaholic does better than anyone else. Bravo 👏
At the very beginning Nick's face is priceless. The child-like happiness is contagious. He was smiling with his whole face long before he started to record.
That's probably about the prettiest one I've seen in a while. I can tell you my favorite thing about all of it is the high gloss. For me it caught my eye the moment you walk through the door so my eyes never left anything. I don't get that experience too often when I watch these.
So very much appreciate your obvious love for and respect of the beautiful vessels that you share with us. Your gratitude in being able to tour them is shown in your obvious enthusiasm, and the respect that you show by relatching every bin or locker that you open. There are many that tour and record visits to these beautiful yachts, but you stand out from the rest because you realize what an awesome privilege you have by being granted permission to come aboard!
I skippered an 85' Princess for 4 years, this is absolutely chalk and cheese. Some very nice touches going on from Princess. Not sure I would want to be cleaning all that stainless and the windows each day. Well done Princess, nice tour Nick.
Nick , Now this little Yacht has it all .Lots of Detail to this boat . It's Loaded like a Rolls Royce . Thanks for showing this Princess Yacht to us . Impressive. !! Nick your Number One. !!
This will most certainly be the next layout to everyone to follow. I could see this done even to 50ft boat. Change a flybridge to an actual lounge with helm is just stunning idea. It is like the dream yacht for anyone. Spectacular!
Hi Nick. The volume of space on an 80ft is awesome. 5 en-suite cabins. A hot tub. Nearly 4000 bhp. Decent explorer range. Eye catching design. In place of the cancelled Dùsseldorf show still plenty to see. Great video thanks ☺
Spectacular! I don't think there's any other way to describe it. It's amazing how they managed to put all of that into an 80-footer. Like most people I wouldn't be able to afford a fill-up, let alone annual costs, let alone the purchase, but whomever the owner is will undoubtedly be thrilled with their new boat. Thank you so much for that incredible tour, and thanks to Princess and the owner for letting you take your time to film it all for us!
Beautiful boat with spades of room everywhere, and woodwork that reminds me of the beautiful woodwork in the Fairline boats. I like this 80 footer actually better then the 95 foot version.
Princess really got it right with their X series. Beautiful interior, spacious and enough room for friends and family to enjoy the Mediterranean sun for a couple of months. The master on the main deck is indeed a special feature for a 80 footer but she is not the only one. The Bering 80 also has a main deck master.
Been so looking forward to seeing what they would accomplish in an 80 ft package. Wow what a fabulous vessel and so pleased they haven't just made a minature X95 but a super yacht in its own right.
Amazing yacht. As owner operator I would change the following: - galley up to the sky lounge to navigate and cook as a family. - full beam 180 degree forward view primary stateroom on main deck with bathroom where the galley was before - tender garage instead of crew cabins. -joystick control or better IPS for dynamic anchor Many thanks for the detailed walkthrough
Galley in the sky lounge is a really good idea ! Since there's already so much seating space everywhere. Full beam stateroom sounds good too...i was thinking, when it's just for the family, to have it either as another lounge or dining room or a small gym space and a seperate bathroom with hot tub (front view !).
Not sure, but I think you need crew if the boat is over 75Ft when anchored. Either that or you stay on board when everyone else is out sightseeing. Interesting.
I normally find Princess a bit stuffy when compared to some other yachts but they have totally changed my mind with this one. Total class, innovative and beautiful. The owner is very lucky, hope they enjoy it. Great tour again Nick
As spacious as an explorer yacht but will actually get out of it’s own way. What a boat! Princess’ high gloss woodwork completely sets them apart ❤️ Job done, again, Nick 👍(wish I had funds that were “getatable” 😂)
Great tour Nick. 5 rooms - all ensuited, upper Saloon, large Galley, day head, spa, full standing headroom in the engine room! Absolutely incredible for 80ft!!
My word. What a machine. Absolutely love it. Every last detail is perfect. Love the owners cabin views. Brilliant tour. Reminds me why I started watching your channel.
What a remarkable machine! So much space in 80ft! I see the main deck suite as the grandparents/vip, and the beam width suite below as the owners. Some serious engineering and thought went into this one. 👍👍
G’day Nick, I’ve been watching your channel from a small fishing town down under from Geelong Victoria. I love what you show us especially these Princess range of boats as I just sit back and dream as we go on the tour. The way you put it all together is so professional and I’m always looking forward to seeing your next video. Until next time, cheers from Downunder.
What a great tour of an amazing yacht. Didn’t expect 5 great en-suite cabins and a stunning super flybridge. Nice salons, galley and crew cabin area. Great engine area too. Princess have excelled themselves with this one ! Thanks for showing us this in your fantastic style Nick 😊
Royal William yard is a lovely place, one of the best places in Plymouth with a great history. I study at the university (Marine biology & coastal ecology) which is amazing but our boats are obviously built for a different purpose. Fantastic boat and as always a great tour, really love the attention to detail that Prinecss put in :)
This is what you do, Nick. I've paused the video at 1:05 to go and grab a fresh coffee and a slice of ginger cake. I'm going to stop everything I'm doing and going to watch it and I already know I'm gonna love it. hahah. What a life.
I think a pat on the back for the designers, to fit all that on an 80ft boat is just pure genius. It’s also a beautiful looking craft and on the cusp of an owner operator, which would free up some space for a beach club or that pushing the boundaries a bit far
The various videos I've seen of the X95 and Y95, have shown various solutions, the beach club becomes the crew mess area, so there is space recovered. Can a davit be fitted to the top deck, as on the X/Y95?
When I buy something, I look for available options. I may not use them all, but I know they are there. This boat is so full of options that it just amazes me. It is indeed a super yacht in every respect except size. Yet it like a Tardis - it has everything a super yacht has, it is not cramped in any respect. It is just awesome. For me, I would go for the dining option on the main deck - the lower deck cabin is a beautiful master. Even the crew quarters are spacious and I think that is a very important consideration in any vessel. Absolutely top notch. Thank you for the tour.
Hi Nick, Thank you for this very nice show of this Princess X80 last year you give us the show of the X95 the king of this Princess and now you give us a great show off the Princess of the Princess what a mini Superyacht this is I am imprest by this Yacht I like de Jacuzzi but also the fly brights and a great staff rooms ash well thanks again Nick
Here I am Back Nick , I can Tell that you really love to review this 80 ft. Boat . This is One Nice Yacht Nick .Its loaded with almost everything that you want on a boat for Cruising the Neighborhoods of Europe .
How big is this; 180 feet? Just incredible. I have always wondered why more boats did not set up like this one. How they put the helm up front and on top is how I would always want it just so you could do what they have done here. This is one of the best yachts I have seen and at "just" 80 feet, that is outstanding!
Had to rewatch this again after rewatching the X95 yesterday, these are still top of my wish list, absolutely stunning yachts and full to the brim with space usage.
Amazing and thorough tour once again! It really shows how innovative the creative designs of Princess have evolved into. Once I saw the forward cabin in place of the wheelhouse and the hot tub aft I said "Ok, now it's worth the price"
It’s nice to see the high gloss walnut. I’m a bit of a traditionalist anyway but I always think the combination of Art Deco styling and high gloss woodwork is the most romantic. It reminds me of the golden age of ocean liners. The normandie comes to mind immediately
This yacht is the best designed I have visited yet on your video. The workmanship, layout, over all a comfortable feeling visiting every corner. Just fantastic! Thank you. Bob from Clearwater, Fl. USA
Space and Volume love the salon the leather seats and glossy dark wood. 5 cabins with plenty of room to let people spread out inside and out. She is a big boat with every space carefully planned to meet the needs of the owner. She's a real Party boat, or a family and friends boat, with sporty vibes. She is a cruiser in the UK waters or a Mediterranean sea cruiser. She is a very versatile cruiser. Stunning.
That’s stunning, truly remarkable. I want one 😆 Princess have for years been my favourite boat manufacturer and it’s so nice to see them going from strength to strength. Phew….just amazing Super tour Nick, thanks a lot
What a spectacular Super Yacht. I kept wondering when the tour would end. There’s just so much to see, and as you say, just an 80’ boat. I’m really quite impressed. Thank you Nick
I gotta say that I REALLY like this boat!! It has all the features you would want for an owner/op and so many spaces for people to have privacy and entertain themselves! If I had the coin, Nick would have definitely sold me!
Was hoping you would get to the William yard, what a beautiful boat absolutely stunning. Heard on Spotlight they were having boat show here being on their doorstep Princess need a local show every year. Worked on most of the buildings there. Great tour as usual Nick.
For those of us getting a bit long in the tooth, having a master cabin on the main deck is very handy. You could do everything on that one deck and let the youngsters head down and up !
Classy. Just friggin classy. Princess is the THE only yacht builder who, with every boat you show, I say, "Boy, that is my kind of yacht." Just awesome. It's nice to dream, and I choose to dream about having a Princess yacht. Maybe some day, I can own one. Maybe... 😁
So I’m legitimately curious. I love these videos and I think these yachts are impressive, but I can’t fathom why anyone would want to OWN one of these - it’s like cashing a couple mil and lighting it on fire. Why would anyone want to own a yacht as opposed to chartering? Is it just ego?
@@Mmmmilo You are right. Though, I'm dreaming of something like having a yacht as a retirement home on the Med. And of course, being quite wealthy too. :) All just a dream. Like I said.
Interesting to see the solution for the sink covers. It has taken YEARS of crew feedback to Gulfstream and Bombardier for them to EVENTUALLY incorporate the same into the galley design on jets. As you said, when you take it off the sink you think "what the flip am I going to do with this?!?"... Small things like that do indeed show attention to the small stuff 👍
Nick this magnificent yacht is the closest I've seen to the stunning Horizon FD87 (now FD90) that you toured sometime ago. Typical Princess attention to detail and truly stunning woodwork with an innovative layout for such a 'small' super yacht. Personally I'd take the below deck master cabin and leave the main deck cabin for VIP guests. Fantastic tour as always Nick, now I just need to find ten million dollars in the couch cushions.
The enclosable galley is an underrated feature. Having the chef be able to prepare a meal without steaming up the saloon and sucking up all the air conditioning is a valuable thing indeed.
Great Vlog👍and amazing boat! Having the main floor cabin is also nice if you have handicapped people on board so they don't have to worry about stairs down to the room! The helm position is very nice and a nicely done area for the crew or extra passengers! Already a pretty large boat at 80 but actually feels even bigger with the helm position not taking up space below and with the amount of room they did on the top deck! This is pressing very hard at being my favorite dream boat 🚢!
Did I mention to say WOW! Nick, what a lovely boat. I've always loved the Princess yachts and this is certainly no exception. Hats off to an incredible tour. There are so many likable areas that to post would be too long. Thank you for such a great viewing. Cheers
Stunning yacht, very impressive. Only negative I see is the engine room seams a bit cramped. Looks like the generators will be quite a job to service when something goes wrong but other then that a truly remarkable and stunning yacht. Thank you for that great tour.
Nick when i watch your Princess boat tours i get the strong feeling that you used to sell these boats .! You seem to have a Love affair with Princess yachts . It shows a lot in your Videos . This is a Big Beautiful boat with everything that you would want in a Personal Yacht . There is nothing thats missing here . You hit another Home run again. . Thanks Nick . Start playing the lotto so you can have a boat like this . I would like to see that for you. . Cheers !
Outstanding. That is one beautiful yacht. One for my dream list when I get that lottery win! Thank you for sharing Nick, you have excelled with this one.
Class, class, class! They have really come up with the goods with these X Class boats. I think they are going to prove to be popular. Thanks for the great tour Nick.
The attention to detail is very impressive, as is the fact that it can accommodate so many guests and has livable crew quarters. This layout would even support a separate Captain's cabin and ready room off the bridge with only a minor loss of social space, making for private accomodations for a Captain and First Mate/Engineer plus one or 2 stewards. That's next level naval architecture for a yacht of this length.
$8.5 Million is an actual BARGAIN - given the level of integrated technology, the obvious multi structure build, the Luxury Automobile level of fit and finish and of course the furnishings. Unfortunately, my budget is $8.4 Million, so I'll have to pass on this beauty. But the tour is a delight. Thanks Princess Yachts for sharing your fine creation and THANK YOU Nick for a video that captures both the layout of this yacht, and it's essence as well.
I think that if you have a budget, you should not be thinking of a yacht. Don't forget fuel, crew, water supply, mooring fees, fine foods, liquor, insurance and other stuff I haven't even thought of.
@@kokomo9764 i'm sure it has as a charter boat . But that was its problem to many . So obviously designed for charter and a kittle soulless inside . This one is far more suited to private owner live aboard
What I love about your reviews is that you seem to really enjoy it, you see the fine features and appreciate detail. You also cover-as a standard-crew areas, which many of the others do not
Quite a luxurious boat for it's size, the only downside I can see in the luxury stakes would be the crew size needed to match that expectation. The crew quarters is the only thing letting it down IMO.
Agree...i was thinking, the crew should get an extra bonus or access to private areas to compensate for the small cabins (without windows?). I'd give them one of the main cabins with double beds, if it was just me and family on tour.
You can tell Nick is a big fan of Princess. He used more superlatives on this video than all the others from 2022 combined. I would say the Superfly is super… Fly!

What a spectacular Super Yacht. I kept wondering when the tour would end. There’s just so much to see, and as you say, just an 80’ boat. I’m really quite impressed. Thank you Nick
Glad you enjoyed it!
This channel is so good because you can really tell that you got a great passions for boats and yachts
Thank you! Some call it an obsession! 😄
What an epic yacht! Princess have it down! Big time!
They have been doing that in caravans for years lol 😁
Every time I watch this video this yacht just gets better and better
Nick this magnificent yacht is the closest I've seen to the stunning Horizon FD87 (now FD90) that you toured sometime ago. Typical Princess attention to detail and truly stunning woodwork with an innovative layout for such a 'small' super yacht. Personally I'd take the below deck master cabin and leave the main deck cabin for VIP guests. Fantastic tour as always Nick, now I just need to find ten million dollars in the couch cushions.
Yes, similar concept indeed.
The quality of Horizon yachts is no where near that of Princess.
The enclosable galley is an underrated feature. Having the chef be able to prepare a meal without steaming up the saloon and sucking up all the air conditioning is a valuable thing indeed.
Great video Nick.
What a stunning yacht.
I cant find words for it.
Just: wow wow
That’s the best boat I’ve seen in ages, great job
This would be my all time favourite boat Nick. It just ticks every single box for me . Absolute perfection
Really a sublime vessel. Thanks so much Nick.
I really appreciate your comprehensive look at this
beautiful yacht. 😍
My pleasure!
Even though I just watched this the other day on MB&Y, I,feel like I'm seeing it tye first time thanks to Nick's excitement and delivery
Cheers
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Stunning yacht, very impressive. Only negative I see is the engine room seams a bit cramped. Looks like the generators will be quite a job to service when something goes wrong but other then that a truly remarkable and stunning yacht. Thank you for that great tour.
Beautiful boat. Ive always been a big fan of princess.
Princess always produces a stunning product but they have surpassed themselves
Nick when i watch your Princess boat tours i get the strong feeling that you used to sell these boats .! You seem to have a Love affair with Princess yachts . It shows a lot in your Videos . This is a Big Beautiful boat with everything that you would want in a Personal Yacht . There is nothing thats missing here . You hit another Home run again. . Thanks Nick . Start playing the lotto so you can have a boat like this . I would like to see that for you. . Cheers !
I was waiting for your video on the X80 right after I saw the first short video about it that YT recommended to me. Splendid Nick! 😅👍🏻
Hope you enjoy it!
@@AQUAHOLIC I sure did. 😄 Thank you very much for all your effort.
Impressive! In many ways better than he X95. Good job all of the staff at PRINCESS. Bravo!
Outstanding. That is one beautiful yacht. One for my dream list when I get that lottery win! Thank you for sharing Nick, you have excelled with this one.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nine televisions ! Who would want to watch TV when you have such splendor
What made me laugh was thinking which family/friends would have which cabin! 🤣as if it was going to happen! Great boat, great video, loved it!
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
She is a absolute beauty 💕💕 I am a proud owner of y72 but now I am loving this!!
Class, class, class! They have really come up with the goods with these X Class boats. I think they are going to prove to be popular. Thanks for the great tour Nick.
You're very welcome! 🙂
Beautiful boat in beautiful 4k, excellent!
Out of all the boats i have seen you review this one is the best so far. I would not hesitate to buy it. Great review.
You're very welcome 🙂
Maybe if you offer to do some beer belly modelling photos for them Princess will knock off $100,000 for you ✨✨🍺
You can save some more to get this beauty, it won't be much compared to 8.4 Mill.
I think that if you have a budget, you should not be thinking of a yacht. Don't forget fuel, crew, water supply, mooring fees, fine foods, liquor, insurance and other stuff I haven't even thought of.
This feels like 200ft Super Yacht. Amazing love it not seen engine room. On a 120ft boat as well laid out as this.
A much more successful design than the X95. Beautifully balanced and executed . Thanks Nick
The X95 has been very successful.
@@kokomo9764 i'm sure it has as a charter boat . But that was its problem to many . So obviously designed for charter and a kittle soulless inside . This one is far more suited to private owner live aboard
This has to be one of my favorite walkthroughs.
This is a stunning boat Nick, thanks for such a great tour.
My pleasure! 🙂
What I love about your reviews is that you seem to really enjoy it, you see the fine features and appreciate detail.
You also cover-as a standard-crew areas, which many of the others do not
Brilliant job Nick. Makes us want to own our own!! However, would prefer that main deck dining area as the second cabin is just as good.
Fair enough!
When you hear the intro, you can tell he's so excited to show off the boat.
