B16 TRANS GETS FULL REBUILD + CARBON SYNCHROS!

Finally got around to rebuilding the B16 trans with the LS 5th gear using the synchrotech carbon synchros and it now feels perfect. This was my first time doing a rebuild on a trans and it went smooth. Take risks people 👌🏾.

What is the part number for the top main shaft bearing that you were saying didn’t sit right? Mine broke in pieces and no one can cross reference

Lol idk where you think you seen that but no. The gearsets wouldn't go back together if something like that was done.

Well I actually live in socal so I drove about a hour and a half away to synchrotech to buy it. But you can order it online on eBay

Lol yeah man it's been a cool little minute now I'm happy I finally got a chance to get the thing on the Dyno. But it's all good for now. I'm eager to make more power now I'm already pricing a built head. Lol.
