Im a new mom. Your videos have been so helpful, you have no idea. Your wisdom and tips have given me so much confidence in raising my little baby. It’s empowering. I love your passion and perspective!!
Omg. I really wish that I had watched this video 6 months back. Sharing it with my husband too. My blood tears for all the thrown away unfinished breastmilk.. Thank you so much. My son is 7 months old and I have just put back his unfinished milk in the fridge .. will feed it in 4 hours
If we warm refrigerated milk and the milk is not used by the baby as if the baby sleeps or something, can we refrigerate it again and them warm it again to feed the baby for next feeding. And if we need half of the breastmilk stored in one bottle, we have to warm it to mix the fat content thoroughly and then can we put the remaining half in fridge again
I have 2 kids and for both I use to save unfinished milk and use to feed later so if I was going to feed in next 2-3 hours then I’ll use to leave it on the counter if longer then in the fridge. Btw I did that with breastmilk and also sometime With formula milk. Like how she said just check the milk to make sure it smell and taste ok. My kids never had any issues.
I did not know about discarding touched milk as a new mom till later so I fed the touched one to my baby for the next feeding and sometimes I put it in refrigerator from newborn.
Hi dear thanks for the advice.question ,is I feed my baby around night 1 am.after she didn't had the bottle.now morning 10 am should I give still the bottle brest milk
I wouldn’t keep it in a warmer. If it’s been partially drank, better to just use at the next feeding within 2-3 hours (leaving it out) or placing back in the fridge and then feed it cold within 24 hours. instagram.com/p/CuDXMzlLLId/?igshid=dWoxMm5mdDdqYWVp
Yes most would. BUT technically when we combine milks, it's best for the warm fresh milk to be less quantity than the cold so the warm milk doesn't cook the cold milk - reducing some of the properties.

@@DoneNaturally thanks for the reply!glad I came across this video…I had been throwing all the unfinished milk. Also I have one more question can we mix unfinished milk with fresh milk for the next feed?
I take out my breast milk from freezer and put it in refrigerator.how long I can keep in refrigerator and after feeding if some left can I put it in refrigerator again and how many dayes or hours?
Just for clarification, I put my fresh breast milk in refrigerator, then during the day I added some of those milk in bottle and warm it. If baby didn’t finish this milk, can I put the leftover in refrigerator again and use it next time??
The theoretical risk (realized not proven only theorized) is that bacteria from the baby’s mouth will grow in the milk. But we are taking about human milk that has nearly 1M white blood cells per drop. Which actively kill bacteria. 🦠. Not to mention the baby’s own bacteria and mother’s milk are the same bacterial environment already. So if it was me, yes I would reuse that milk without concern. Another great use for breast milk if you don't want to feed the unused milk to your baby later..is..use it in a milk bath 😉
Amazing, I'm sending this to my husband. thank you ❤

So glad you didn’t toss it!
Should leftover milk be kept in the fridge or outside?
If the baby did not finish the bottle, can I leave it in the bottle warmer? Or leave it on the counter for the next feed?
An unfinished breastmilk bottle can be left out and used by the next feeding within 3h or so.

Can we warm freshly pumped milk stored at room temperature for 2 hrs?
@@themusicaldreamer3157 yes. Milk is safe immediately after pumping for 8 hours before it needs to be consumed, placed in the fridge or freezer.

I can rewarm leftover breastmilk.
Can I feed baby the unfinished room temperature breast milk for the next feed
If it was refrigerated then used and unfinished, then left out at room temp it can be fed at the next feeding about 3-4h later.
