Ur content is good but make sure u give information after proper research. U said at room temperature, breast milk can be stored for 2 hrs & in fridger 2-3 days. It's wrong. Firstly room temperature means 16-28 degrees then u can store upto 4 hrs. Second in fridger u can store upto 6 months.
The rest of the video was good I jus have an issue with Breast milk storage part. As per my doctor and what I have read you can store breast milk outside for a maximum period of 6 hour. And in the freezer for up to 3-6 months.

I introduced bottle at 3 weeks, there is no guideline as such. You should feed every 2 hours, which will ensure there is no engorgement. If supply is higher then express through a pump and store i refrigerator and feed when needed

While I was in hospital i had to purchase Philips Manual as my milk was overflowing and breast was hardened hence had to take excess milk out. Later I purchased electric one. If you are frequent user I would suggest electric or Manual pump should be fine(just that thumb will pain after some time) .

But if I get back to work I may use it to pump and store, so you can wait as it costs around 8-10k . But electric is good not painful and easier to use

I have tried Nan pro then again switched to lactogen and now using enfamil from last 1 week.. But she splits alote like curd. So what should I do that? Her birth weight was 2.75 and now she is 5 month old and her weight is 6.10.
her weight gain is definitely going good as it should double in 6months...seems formula is heavy on her stomach although spit ups is normal...try similac and see if you feel a difference else u should soon start her solids by 6 months so u may not need formula

c breastfeeding is best to boost supply but even pumping doesn't fail...but should be done regularly like on a fixed schedule

BM can be stored for 6 months in deep freezer and not refrigerator’s freezer.

u will have to try and help her adapt to bottle...try giving 1 feed bottle at night but give your breastmilk in bottle ...also ensure milk is at room temperature not hot not cold ....also let ur partner feed her at night as with mothers babies generally go for breast
After taking the stored breast milk from freez in how much time it should be consumed? I store the milk for the night time consumption and usually take the milk out of freez at 10/11 pm and give the milk to baby between 3 to 5 am, is this process safe?
No not at all....within 1/2 hours....check CDC human milk storage guideline

Use breast pump machine
And have milk container like air tight glass or breast milk bags from amazon
Keep that in freeze right the date and time in each bag or bottle then start feed your baby after maintaing the room temperature back from freeze
