If you'd like to add your most recently pumped fresh milk to a bottle of already refrigerated milk pumped on the same day, you need to cool it down. First, place the fresh breast milk into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. Then, once it is cool, you can add it to the other container of refrigerated milk.
You can try pumping every 3 hrs for about a week. This is called dry pumping. And hopefully your milk will come. There are cases where this can happen.

It depends. If it taskes soapy or like soap, try mixing half of it with freshly pumped breastmilk. Try to avoid the problem by only heating up in low heat.

How would you take out the 2oz of milk that you need? I may be concerned with contamination so its better to warm the whole bag at a time.

It can happen with storage in the freezer. Try checking the taste of the milk before feeding your baby.
