I've been tuning my buddies Ravin R10 for him for the last 5 years. I would suggest you would benefit from two specific things. Double check your cam timing/cam lean. Then nock tune each bolt. Guaranteed those broadheads will group better with the field point. I do agree they will hit a bit low at a 100 yards because of the wind drag you just cannot eliminate, but I bet you can get them within 4" of that field point.

I appreciate you guys taking the time to do this. My crossbow manufacturer (Barnett), in their Owner's Manual states "Fixed blade broadheads exceeding a 13/16” cutting diameter are not
recommended for use in your Barnett crossbow as they may fly erratically". I'd love to see either A. a video where you shoot 20-30 bolts to demonstrate that they're wrong or perhaps B. that you consider offering a line of "crossbow engineered" broadheads that meet that 13/16" max. Just a thought, but really appreciate the videos.

Great video, that's how it should be done.👍 Thank you for taking the time to do this. I couldn't wait, went and bought a couple packs of the Hornet's and will be doing some testing of my own from 3 Scorpyd Orion Extreme's. 110, 135 and 160....should be fun and now the expectations are high. Thanks again!

Those Blackhornets are my favorite for hunting. I have never had a problem grouping them along side my field points at long range with my compound bow.. And if you can't then tune your bow I always say.

Shot black hornet ser-razors this year on a Nebraska mule deer hunt. After messing with a lot of other brands practicing out to 70 yds out of my compound, nothing else shot as close to my field tips as the black hornets. Took my first muley at 50 yards. Complete pass thru never knew what hit em. Hit a rib, and bent the tip of the blade. One email to Magnus and had a new head in 2 days. Will be the only head in my quiver from now on. Excellent head, excellent customer service.

I love magnus heads! I even have some magnus classics that I shoot out of my recurve ( wish they still made them). All of their products fly great and are super durable.

Btw they flew perfect at 50 yards, I did have to line my main blade up with my cock feather though. Once i did they were flawless.

You didn't tell us which spots you were shooting at on the 40 yard test. Was the third shot at a different spot than the first two or was it really that far from them? Not very professional and leaving me with this question.

LOL ... please create videos and point me to them. Nothing that I do is scripted. Nothing that I do is to fool anyone. If that isn't professional enough for you ... tough.

He should slow down a little bit I’d like to see how your crank works. I have one on mine but then I got a let some out so I can read it all the way back in it looks like you don’t you must have a different type

It would have been helpful if we knew what dot you were aiming at before the shot. Not sure why everyone wants to show a 100 yard shot. You will never take that shot at an animal. How about a 60 yard for maximum effective distance.

you should adjust those shots to your point of AIM ...not you point of IMPACT
