The guy had every right to defend himself. Had he pulled out a gun and shot the cop, I believe he would have been 100% justified since the cop was illegally assaulting him.
By most state laws you can shoot trespassers if they repeatedly refuse to leave and show aggression to you and be justified in the act. The same should apply to cops without cause to enter and one day someone will act on it, lethal force or nonlethal, and get away free from charges. It will probably take multiple of those to get it in cop's heads that they do not have absolute power especially on citizen's private property.
it does apply to cops too though, if a cop doesn't have a signed warrant and wasn't specifically invited onto your property you have every right to treat him like any other criminal invader to defend your property, family and self. up to and including using deadly force

Ordering a person where they can stand on their own property is so wrong I have no words. Anyone who has that much disrespect for the people has no business serving the public.
The officer assaulted him first, he was told to leave the property he did not leave when told to. He stayed while he had a weapon on the property this is a trespass w/assault. It's a criminal trespass not just a trespass. He unlawfully entered the property w/o a warrant. The officer did not leave. He was escorted by the owner when he began the assault. So the reason for the assault was that he wanted space. He wasn't given space because he was violating the law and when he touched the man he was the aggressor as he was without any right to be on the property and the owner could use as much force as necessary to remove him. Just because he is a cop doesn't negate the law. The officer was in the wrong and should know it's a crime not to leave private property of another when told to do so. He knows the man's name and he is there without consent. He is lucky the man didn't use force on him other than to prevent him holding or cuffing. Uncalled for unprofessional and likely a breach of peace that he created all by himself. I bet this is retaliation for something else that has butt hurt his or another cops ego. The man needs a professional medical or mental healthcare evaluation before he should be out on the street. He isn't working under the law he's working while breaking the law. Can't believe how many times we have seen this BS.
An armed intruder threateninga person with his presence and refusal to leave would prompt some people to discharge a firearm with the intent to eliminate the threat forever and justifiably so.
When they repeat the cooperative phrase, they know they are violating your rights, without a warrant, you can tell them to leave. He can take pictures from the street or a public easement, but he cannot stay on your property.
This officers parents should be ashamed of themselves for raising such a pathetic human. Without a warrant I will would of made sure he left even if it took him leaving by ambulance. This officer is out of control. Protect your property from the intruder with any means necessary.

From his page: This was in the Town of Oconto. After he called for back-up, he got in his truck and backed down the road. At that point I sat in a lawn chair in the driveway until 2 Oconto County Sheriffs showed up. I honestly thought they were going to get a warrant, but they didn't. They came right back onto my property and arrested me for Obstruction of Justice. I was booked and released with a $300 bond. The D.A. then added on felony escape and disorderly conduct. After fighting this for 2 years, 3 different D.A. and 2 different Judges, I was able to get all charges dismissed. Thankfully I had this video and my GF also was recoding it as a 3rd party. Mace is a great thing. Non lethal, very effective, and makes the victim feel like an idiot. Oh and it works on cops too.
and the cop was going for his tazer
Brake cleaner is also effective.
Wasp spray too. Long range, high volume, accurate.
I would have loved to see that for sure.
Cop said, "Plain view".
No, "plain view" is what you can see from a PUBLIC SPACE.
That would have to be a proper use of the Second Amendment in my opinion. The cop was on his property and he was asked to leave numerous times, and then went hands-on with the guy.
Cops feel impotent if they can’t violate your rights.
They're always impotent. It's why they beat their wives. It's why they became cops in the first place.
Agreed.
I’ll say it again, this is why the 2nd amendment was created; to defend ourselves against tyrannical nazis like this.
Cop: "back away from me."
Then the cop proceeds to follow and assault him across his entire yard.
If that was me he would've learned about the 2A
That a cop can behave this way and not be immediately fired is why millions of people despise the police.
I believe all Americans should be uncooperative when dealing with government or their agents at any level.
Yeah make their jobs harder, because that's going to help with Garbage collection, bylaw enforcement (when your neighbors want to play their drums at 3am?), decent roads (we could go back to gravel and dirt, why not?), snow removal, a military ready to defend you, consumer protections from scammers.... All those things are stupid and we should just hate on them for no reason other than because cops have egos...
How big is your ego that you're willing to impair all of those things I mentioned for EVERYONE else in your community?
You/they have 2nd amendment for a reason, but cowards all of you/them.
Then that means the death of my son and every other citizen that ever fought for our constitutional rights search for nothing their lives were in vain and I as a GOLD STAR MOTHER who SON WAS KILLED in OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM absolutely will NOT ACCEPT THAT every citizen needs to cooperate at every level with all government. our nation was founded by the people for the absolutely not the government that was what that revolution of 1776 was about tyrannical government which is what we have
@@davidsgoldstarmother9265 death is an illusion, we are immortal
@@shithead oh you're one of those most people don't understand the allusion so I talk in their vibration
The guy had every right to defend himself. Had he pulled out a gun and shot the cop, I believe he would have been 100% justified since the cop was illegally assaulting him.
And trespassing.
@@chuckwolf9869 the only rub is they'll pull some bullshit and try to hem you up in the system to shut you up. It's an unfortunate truth that needs to be undone
That is ABSOLUTE HORSESH*T!!!!!! DO NOT heed this idiot's advice. You cannot "shoot" anyone unless your life itself is threatened and the threat is IMMINENT - that means IT IS HAPPENING, NOW! - or someone else's life.
If you do, you will go to prison.
This was crazy.. 🤬 Good for him for standing up for his rights! That cop needs to get his emotions & fuggin ego outta there. You can see the look in his eyes. He was pissed he couldn't subdue him.
Holy cow this is a dangerous cop. Hope this video goes viral. Not only was that scary, but the craziest part is that cop didnt call for backup. He knew he was wrong, but still tried to basically kidnap this dude.
The cop wants to escalate so bad , he can taste it.
you should be able to defend yourself with whatever force you need to repel an armed invader
Ordering a person where they can stand on their own property is so wrong I have no words.
Anyone who has that much disrespect for the people has no business serving the public.
If a stranger comes on your property and attacks you, Its well inside your rights to defend yourself with the 2nd amendment....costume or not!
FACT!
PLEASE TELL ME THIS GESTAPO OFFICER was fired and had Charges brought against him!!🤬😡
The officer assaulted him first, he was told to leave the property he did not leave when told to.
Don’t ask people to leave. Tell them that they need to leave. Because they are trespassing on private property.
That silent cop glare at 5:00 you can see the snap.
San Juaquin, you've done so much for the country by publishing your videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the good fight.
If a cop refused to leave after being trespassed, ask em "are you refusing to comply" and then use force lol
He knows enough of his rights that he should know better than to open the door and engage with them.
This cops ego makes him a danger to the public. So what happened?
Perpetual child in desperate need of reprimand.
Honestly surprised his wife or neighbor didn't plugg that vicious assailant
This officers parents should be ashamed of themselves for raising such a pathetic human. Without a warrant I will would of made sure he left even if it took him leaving by ambulance. This officer is out of control. Protect your property from the intruder with any means necessary.
Lmao it absolutely blows my mind that this officer is actually standing there calling him uncooperative and difficult when the officer is literally trying to make him basically confess to Crimea. The cop is literally trying to get the man to help him put himself in jail and has the audacity to act like he's being difficult because of it
From his page:
This was in the Town of Oconto. This Tyrant NEVER said "your under arrest" He just went hands on without warning. I could definitely use a good Civil Rights Attorney who would take on a civil suit against this Tyrant.
I wish you all the luck in the world sir, you deserve it and much more, respect, Ash from England, we are watching too
Wisconsin?
Arrest this disgrace of a public servant. Take his job his freedom and his pension.
If you don't sue this cop, it will be a huge mistake.
It’s a money issue. Can you borrow him a few grand.
We need to start defending our rights and homes with any means necessary.
The best response when a cop says something like "You're being uncooperative" seems to be "is that a misdemeanor or a felony?"
Not even a cop it's code enforcement. That's even worse. They trespass to tell you what's "allowed" on your own property. Not for crimes, for "city ordinance" violations.
WE DO NOT OWN "SHIT" BELIEVE IT!
@@belair54 For sure. If you live inside city limits the frontside of your property can be inspected for "violations." So essentially what can be seen from the road doesn't belong to you. Sooner than later anything that's "private property" will cease to exist.

He was being attacked. Should have defended himself..... PERIOD
The man child's ego didn't like being told what to do so he wanted to retaliate because his fee fees were hurt. I don't care how unsafe it makes a cop feel, it's not a crime to walk closely to a cop. It's disgusting how many cops feel they are above the law and they can abuse their authority to take revenge on people.
That would be a self defense situation. In my state if any government agent is on your property without a warrant or a legal reason you have a right to use deadly force.
"You're being uncooperative with law enforcement." Thanks, for the compliment! I was hoping you had noticed! 😂😂🤣🤣😂😂
Cop escalated the situation, remained on private property without a search warrant. The man was well within his rights to escort the cop out.
SJVT--Beautiful narration at the end! Truth!
Thanks for sharing up and coming auditors.
Do not let this arrogant cop get away with this. You have it on video !!!! Get a good lawyer and sue this cop. !!!!
This is what the Second Amendment is for. This is also what jury duty is for.
If you're ever called to serve jury duty for case in which someone Second Amendments a cop, remember to do the right thing and acquit.
@scoobtube5746
Great to see that at least some people here on YT understand that We The People have the legal right to use dedly force against the police when you have committed no crime nor violated any law and they attempt to detain or arrest you. You have the legal right to trespass a cop from your property, and unless that cop has a LEGALLY VALID warrant signed by a sitting Judge you do not have to engage the police at all, and have the right to remove them by whatever means possible when they REFUSE to leave YOUR PROPERTY.
@@watershed44 Where does it say that?

I love you, brother. This format is great. This is how every important topic should be taught. It's been a real treasure to watch just how far your reach has grown along the way. And, since jump, you have never lost sight of the most basic purpose of this movement, education. Speaking for myself, personally, I would hate to think of the outstanding debt I would owe if I were to pay tuition costs for all the knowledge I have gained, from all of you at the SJVT empire. On behalf of all veterans, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your selfless service to our nation. Without you at the helm, this movement would not have the endless army of activists "from sea to shining sea" that have decided to pick up a camera and tell the watchers, "We have had enough. The time of conducting yourselves in the dark is over. We are the light. And we are watching."
Thank you again, my friend. And, as always, stay safe out there. We need you to be able to continue the amazing, essential, work that you have dedicated yourself to. Bless you, David, and the entire clan. 🙏✊
Best argument for second amendment I've heard in awhile!
If able & whenever possible, always meet inquisitive law enforcement at your door/property with the same personal safety gear, weapons and tone that your local area law enforcement employs to "protect and serve".
Don't be intimidated by their little costumes, mannerisms, military type jargon & haircuts mimicking military as they are all part of the intimidation process used to bolster their egos and to be used as currency for thier bs credibility !
Your the best at the audit! Love your channel!!!
