I followed this recipe exactly as instructed. I am not a lover of coconut but in staying true to the recipe it was added. I relied on the reviews from my staff and each one reported that it was a delicious carrot cake, moist and flavourful and very enjoyable. I always appreciate that you give the weight as well as cup measurements. We don't use cup measurements here in the UK and i find a lot of the cooking channels don't give this info and it's so annoying, so thank you for that Stephanie, i always love watching. You are such and inspiration.

Thank you for this recipe. I substituted 325 g. of gluten-free flour (King A. brand). Gluten free baked goods can be dry but this cake is very moist and forgiving. Baked a third time today for a birthday party. Included everything in the recipe for superb depth of flavor. The sneaky secret no one knows it is gluten-free.
The best I’ve had! I once did it with chopped pineapple, the other time with walnuts and almonds. I was afraid that the nut version would turn out dry but COME ON! It was PERFECT every single time! Moist, fluffy, soft and totally delicious. A fool-proof recipe worth making! 🥕🥕🥕

As a master of the pastry trade I have tried and tested your formulas This is one of the best No need to off set the flavour or dilute it with nutmeg The cinnamon is nicely balanced and carries the rest of the ingredients wonderfully You are topping it of with your metric amounts This makes it very professional and easy to understand

I now have a new oven that gives me both options but I've heard some people say that they don't like using the Convection Bake for quick loaves. Maybe you know it as cream of milk, it is typically cream with 35% or higher butterfat content. The type you use to make whipped cream.
