I have the same set up of carb, I'm having a problem with the carb or the fuel pump on the tank, when I prime the bowl full of gas it doesn't continue to fill after it's running, do you know what this could be?
Verify the fuel pump is working by unhooking the fuel line from the carb and running the atv by dripping fuel in the airbox side of the carburetor. Verify the carb inlet needle is opening sufficiently by removing the carb bowl and hooking it up a test fuel tank. Then look and see what happens.
It is possible either one would run ok without having to change jets. Try it and see. For the engine to run most efficiently, you should set the pilot jet, main jet, and inlet needle at specified settings.
I just picked up one of these ATVs and it will start with starting fluid and die instantly like yours at the beginning of the video. I'm gonna do exactly what you did and see how it works...do you know where I can find a carb kit? I can't find one anywhere
I’ve been working on one of these and I have a really high idle. Cannot slow it down with the mixture screws.

How do you run the hoses from the carb to the fuel system?
You will have to dig through the service manual for fuel line routing. Unfortunately I do not know that...

A carb kit is $10 on eBay. Just make sure everything is included that you need.
