I am an exact example of what you are talking about in the video, I started the journey on 05.01. from 92kg to 180cm, as of today I am 83.4kg, I am a beginner and I had no muscles, I do 3 hiit trainings a week and 1 cardio, my daily calories are 2200 with 180g of protein. Whats your opinion on that?
My goal is to have six pack for first time in life😊, and to live healthy, i plan to hit 75-78kg and maintane this. I am 35 years old btw. I turn around life in the last 9months(stopped drinking alcohol, was a heavy abuser😢). Also i am working on this journey with personal coach so i am not alone. Btw greetings from Croatia.
