Been following your videos for a while man, you’re the reason I dropped my Tahoe. I ended up getting the NorCal SS springs from your other Tahoe and haven’t had any issues yet with them 💪
Damn your the first person that mentioned you didn’t need the adjustable upper control arms to reduce the wheel well gap if I knew I wouldn’t have bought them especially because the APOC ones would hit my caliper and caused my brakes to not work properly so then I had to buy the Spohn ones and that solved that issue, but if I knew I didn’t need them I would’ve just put the stock uppers back on and just bought the lower ones from the start lol, I have a 03 suburban with 6 inch drop springs but it honestly looks like it sits way lower than that even without the spare, tow hitch and third row lol so I def need to cut out the top of the frame cuz the panhard bar easily smacks like crazy, do you only need to cut alittle where the bar actually hits or should I cut abit more towards the passenger side?
Yes I see what you mean, and Yeah the upper control arms are not needed for this drop unless you want to swap them as maintenance on your suspension with all new bushings, or maybe going lower bagged, they help adjust the pinion angle on your differential and driveshaft. On the bottom it’s about 4”to 5” that you cut out where the corner of the Panhard hits. Awesome the video helps out and Thanks!!
That’s a good idea to have it there, I’ve never put it on my trucks and they’ve been good. But yeah a washer will let it sit more flush for sure, I may add a washer later on but it’s Ok without it
Something could be loose or damaged from your rear suspension depending on the age or items you might have upgraded, a good place to start is checking your rear shocks or sway bar.
Can u fit 26s on ur tahoe with this drop

Same for a 4x4 lt? wanna go 2/4 🤔
Yes it the same in the rear, except in the front if your lowering it you have the extra part for the axle to remove on the install
Nice! Are you planning on replacing body mounts?
@@TheOxidizer2k Thanks!! Not at the moment maybe in the future if they need replacing
Question. I lowered the rear on my 03 tahoe 3in. Should I have replace the end links?
No it’s ok With the 3” rear drop👍🏽 after a 4” or more rear drop is when all the extra parts and labor needed
@ thanks bro!
@ No problem!💯
Do you have any video about electric window conversion I have a 99 with crank windows
Not at the moment but I did order the wires to make the video one day soon when I get a chance
@ I saw that video you have for the bagged truck I like how the buttons are on the center near the radio
My 02 Denali has some spacer in between the sway bar bushing clamp. Looks like yours didn’t have it . Will that be an issue when installing this lit

Why does mine sway left to right when I get on 50mph
