I agree with the cheat meal take, Cheat meals set you back for many days.
cheat meals every now and then don't set you back. Cheat days set you back centuries
Another thing is to not get too emotional when your progress feels slow. You have to be realistic when it comes to your goals, and being frustrated over the speed of your progress can make you spiral into quitting altogether. I was 96kg in February and I'm 84 kg now. I've almost quit so many times because I was comparing myself to those 3 month body transformation videos and expecting to be ripped after 3 months. In reality, it takes most people up to a year to 2 years of consistent training to get into a decent shape. Some can do it in less, but that doesn't mean it automatically applies to you and your genetics.
12kg is great progress, keep up the good work
Don’t know how this got recommended to me a year after it came out but I really needed to hear your personal journey and advice. Thanks for sharing.
This is one of the simplest, yet very insightful videos I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. 👏
Good and straight forward video! I am a 55yr old woman and this is how I eat. Meat (mostly red meat), eggs, cheese, fruit and Kimchi or sauerkraut. That's it! Same sh*t everyday and I actually love it! A steak makes my eyes roll in the back of my head! I crave this food now!
ur speed in talking is PERFECT
Very underrated. keep going. i learned so many things from you🔥
appreciate the support
that was exactly what i was thinking. very unrated video. very well put together and delivery of information. i heard all this before from so many other videos, but this was definitely the best video. good job Timothy, keep it up.
I agree with the cheat day part, ever since I started eating healthier my cravings for anything processed and mass produced decreased drastically. Food actually seems so fulfilling nowadays because of it and overall my mental and physical health has been better because of my diet
so glad it happens to work this way and it all aligns, such a health cheat code tbh
Needed this, no bull… just simple and sweet. Thank uuuuu
Great vid man
Dude I’m impressed, great job bro!
Hey man I took away a few good tips from your video and I think that you definitely deserve more views! I totally agree on your point that just because caloreis are the same doesn’t mean that they are as healthy but I do think you were wrong when you said that diet soda is so bad that we can’t drink it
Quality video, this is the best overall video on nutrition that I've seen
I like your take on tracking protein/cals. Being that meticulous about it can cause a lot of stress and potentially cause burnout
Hi Tim, could you show us how to prepare your meals? Would help a lot. Thank you and more power to your channel!
Awesome video bro, great information!
I struggle with epilepsy, and as a result of all the medicine (depakote, lacosamide) over the years I gained a fair amount of weight. During a seizure I injured my neck. I am wheelchair bound and gained a lot more weight. I'm almost walking again and need to lose weight. This video is very insightful and inspiring. With your advice, maybe I will be below 200 lbs again by the time I turn 20, but if not, thats ok I will get there. Great video.
that's impressive asf, keep up the good work, you'll get there for sure
I literally just watched the episode with Giles Yeo on the Diary of a CEO youtube channel and he mentioned strict keto being helpful for people with epilepsy. I'm hoping i didn't misinterpret it but i recommend checking out that episode anyway!

I was at the same spot as you were, almost exact looking body haha, kept wanting to go way too low and then found myself going crazy on the peanut butter, eating the entire jar, I finally just started allowing myself to eat more, I restrict myself way less, I just do intermittent fast, and I eat whenever I want in a certain time frame while counting my calories approximately (low-carb, high protein, high fats) and I do cardio which I found just boosts my fat burn, also had started taking omega 3 supplements and for some reason while on it, my hunger is way lower, not sure why, but I'm not complaining. I'm finally in those final stages, getting close to my end goal, and actually feel pretty good in my body at the moment. My big turning point was when I had a 1-week-long insane binge but every day of that week I was doing cardio burning 1500 cal daily, I found myself actually leaner than before after all that binging and that's when I realized I had been doing it wrong.
Quality vid as always brother! Keep it up 👊🏻
appreciate the support brotha hope you're doing well 🤝
This is what I did. You make great content
Needed this it’s time for a cut

I’d rather have Coke Zero than coffee lmao, some people don’t metabolize coffee well and I’m one of them so something like Sprite Zero is much better than coffee for me (and Coke Zero has much lesser caffeine than coffee)
Can you record a what I eat in a day video? Like what do you eat for breakfast? Do you snack at all? How many calories are you actually consuming?
Needed this one thanks
Great video!
hey man i weigh bout 154pounds at around 5'8 but I'm wondering what my protein goal is to have an aesthetic build i guess? I've been eating better like 6 eggs (30 grams) (then 9 slices of turkey also 30 grams of protein) then 20 grams of whole wheat bread so 4 slices then a 50-60 protein shake and that's about my meals for the day as i typically only eat about one or two things a day to feel entirely full back before i decided to cook for myself any suggestions?
I track macros and I still eat white rice lol I think if people are able to, I highly recommend intermittent fasting because you can eat more calories later in the day. I work from home so I just drink coffee and walk during my lunch break because you can always make food when you are working on something lol
nice vid bro, keep going. Now drop your exercise routine pls.
comin soon
That s exactly howI maintain my constant weight since high school
By eating loads of Fruits ! Apple, pomegranate, pomelo, kiwi, all berries, pears. And for high temperature only cooking with sesame oil, very stable.
Also don t sleep on some vegetables like bitter cucumbers, black radish, panais
And a bunch of aromatic herbs not just a few leaves.
It s easier since I live in France where organic foods are not that expensive and high quality
Great video. What happened to your necklace? It just disappeared after a few seconds :D
extremely helpful video
I’m sort of skinny but have some muscle, (I kind of look like the lean photo) but I think I eat to much sugar and processed food. Should I do something similar to your diet but add in carbs so I don’t become a stick figure?
Share your macros and some dinner meal's
Count Calories, intermittent fasting, and BE PATIENT. People remember them only being fat and not the time it took to get to that weight. Getting to that weight doesn't happen overnight and depending on how long you were fat you probably can't remember the last time you were skinny to that fat timeline. Mostly it would take about 2-3x the amount of time you put on to take it off.
Great video! I'm trying to lose 20 lbs
you got it bro I believe in u
@@timhu69 Appreciate you! 🙏💯
Wait then I have question regarding milk and dairy. Is a no go on it ? Are there any negatives with consumption of it ?
Depends how u tolerate dairy, good quality dairy/yogurt/cheese is very nutritious and a net positive if ur body tolerates it well & it doesn’t make u break out
Thank you~
just to clarify, does that mean you're buying like 15-20 pounds of groundbeef each week?
~10 lb per week usually with other meals here and there, I'm also 6'1" and ~180 so I eat a lot
I cannot completely agree w you bc looking at yourself in the mirror and feeling that your body looks pretty bad is not something healthy for your mind, even though you acknowledge that for sure you definitely want to change; many ppl just don't have the tools to start loosing weight in a realistic and sustainable way. So feeling bad in front of the mirror is not something good to me. I can asure you that 99% of the people with overweigh looking themself on the mirror are feeling terrible. To me the fact that you are saying that this is good is so shocking. I can definitely understand your point. But you should be more careful.
Btw Great Change!
Where do you get your beef from
So 7 months later, has this been sustainable?
nice video!
My body looks somewhat similar to your first photo (skinny fat but bmi is normal). Should I still cut?
lean bulk, adding more muscle will increase your base metabolism and make it easier for you to get lean
nice video
Thx goat 🐐 ❤
do you use spices?
Meat and fruit
Time stamps missing 😢
w
subhanallah
switch that beef out for something like chicken. red meat every day is not good for your health
That’s a myth.
Lies red meat is the best for nutrition
red meat is the number 1 superfood. you’ll see one day
You have been brainwashed
My Asian sexy boy meal plan =
