    5 habits that I would apply:
    - wake up early and meditate/coldshower
    - go for a walk for a walk in a local park so you connect with nature
    - dance everyday to music you love, this ups your vibe asap :)
    - read and study spirituality for 45 min everyday
    - before you go of to bed do a prayer to God/the univurse. Ask and you shall recieve. Also be gratefull

      Don't forget to create something. Even just writing in a journal will get you into a creative mental state.

      How to build a courage to take a cold shower in winters??

      @@darpanraghuvanshi9704 Take a warm shower first, then just go and switch it to cold with out thinking of it. Stay under about 30 seconds or longer. Remind yourself of the high you feel after the cold. Cold is all in your mind.

    I just finished doing something I've never done before. I went on a three week road trip by myself across the Western US and I visited as many parks and nature trails as I could. I climbed mountains, I meditated in nature. It was meant to be a high vibrational vacation, especially since my last stop was Sedona, AZ, the place that the wonderful Aaron Doughty said was such a high vibration location, and I gotta say he was right.
    I love my life

    I feel this is so important to realize that our vibration is naturally high, so that there's no really a secret to somehow "raise it", but instead cut out what's not needed.
    Same like abundance is always present - we just have to allow it (took me a while to learn lol)😄

    The best habit I ever gained was to realize that all situations are positive. Anything that seems negative is really just my higher self complimenting me and reminding me that I'm worth something better than what is.
    This concept is so important to me it is the one that I have done the most videos about on my channel.

    This Is yet another amazing video.
    I grew up with a narcissistic mother who told me I was nothing, couldn’t be anything and had no friends among extreme emotional abuse in every area you can imagine.
    I believed that for years and felt so much shame and guilt.
    I lived in super low energy and attracted just what I believed into my life.
    Since watch this channel and a few others on you tube, along with reading the book transurfing, my entire life has changed.
    I cannot thank you enough for the work you do.
    The number one compliment I now receive from people I don’t even know is that my energy is contagious and super pleasant to be around.
    Keep the amazing videos coming!! I have a saved folder on my TH-cam account so I can revisit my favorite ones.

    Jumping into the unknown is incredible. I used to have seizures, and I was told that I could never skydive. For the longest time, I was upset and depressed that I couldn't do what I wanted. Long story short, I finally decided to go for it, and I did my first tandem last year. This year I've been learning how to skydive. Did two solo jumps with an instructor next to me. I'm so glad that I stepped into the unknown. It does work for sure. For those who want to step into the unknown, I recommend shark diving (it's safe), skydiving, and get a motorcycle. You feel so free and always in the present when you do these things. At least that's how it is for me.

    Great video! I recently just quit my job I’ve hated for the past 3-4 years. This is the first time I’ve ever quit a job without having something lined up first. I was sick to my stomach at first. But, it has brought a huge positive shift! I was able to focus on my schoolwork during finals without 60 hour work weeks and being called in. I’ve not had to rush, even had an actual conversation with someone new every day, more time in nature, dancing, and at the gym. More reading and time for fun and family. I’ve had great interviews, all of whom made me feel more valued than my previous job ever did. Point is, I did something I wouldn’t normally do, and things are better than I ever imagined.

    Imagine if everyone in America right now did this? My issue is not getting up to the vibe, but then staying in that high vibe on a consistent basis. Meditation is key for me, but also keeping attuned to presence and the breath. That puts me back into that state.

    The last point is definitely true for me. One meditation will get me through a day or 2 and then I go back to a lower vibration, letting things get to me, resistance, etc. Every day meditation is key for me.

I used to scratch my head and wonder wtf ur even saying. I've grown with you and never even said "hi". I've conquered a bully/abuser, a battered women's shelter, I'm in flow/sync. I'm now starting 2 businesses, buying a dream house.....Im totally getting this. I can tell u are holding back some to not scare ppl off. I'm ready. Let's go. Lets grow!     In the past, I always gave and thought about the needs of others, and I emptied my own cup. I used to be called selfish if I didn't do it. and I hear you about, self love, authentic. how long I have left myself. even for people who may not love me. after their needs were done leave me. now I'm more excited. lol when in fact I live in abundance. then I always feel that my life is wrong.     When I am around people and I am connected they laugh, smile, make fun of me, laugh more.

    Thank you! I've finally found the answer that I've been looking for! In my case, I realized that I have a lot of anger and frustrations inside after I began meditating. It made me aware of these emotions, but I got stuck. I didn't know how to handle them. Of course, let go of them. But how? After watching this and your other vids, I realized that the key is to focus on what I want, and just observe whatever is happening around me. I can respond but I don't have to react. So, at the moment I'm angry at the system we have at my workplace. I can't really do anything about it, so instead of reacting to it negatively (focusing on the things that I don't like, which backfires anyway because it affects my health) , I should just focus on me - my goals, my passions, and other positive things. So starting now, I will acknowledge the negatives, smile and move on. 😊
    I love learning new things. Recently, I'm brewing rice wine (both makgeoli, Korean rice wine and sake, Japanese rice wine) from scratch - from making enzymes etc. It's quite fun and a tad healthy. (Unfiltered rice wine is good for the digestion system.) Next up is the renovation of my tiny kitchen. 😊

    Some of the things i intend to do: start doing yoga, join a group of like minded individuals. Getting in touch with nature even when i am not outside: i feel drawn to getting many plants in my room and caring for them, as well as experimenting with making my own kombucha lol. Lastly, something extra i wanted to experiment with are crystals, I've matured enough to be more open minded about that kind of stuff. Already doing meditation and hope to continue this is amazing! much love

    I took the vibration quiz and got Hero. My new thing is going to learn about setting intentions with crystals and to move up to Magician level of consciousness.
    It is so crazy that I keep seeing/hearing the phrase "into the unknown"! If you've seen Frozen 2, you know the meaning behind it. Well, last year, I switched jobs after almost 15 years to join a startup company. Talk about unknown! This year, I got my first tattoo, the Frozen 2 snowflake with the words "Into the unknown" under it!!

    it is so amazing and wonderful book.

    Today I am reading this book I bought a couple months ago because it caught my attention and my intuition led me to buying it, but It kinda just stayed in my bookshelf. This book called “You are Psychic: Develop your natural intuition through your psychic type.” Yesterday I found it again and today I am going to start reading it since I felt so busy in the past.

    Right now I am working full (nurse) time and going to school as well. My vision/passion is to bring to the mainstream public preventative medicine using plants and other healing modalities. With this said I will start to make videos on "home remedies" using plants/herbs, nutrients, and the list goes on. P.S. I am not comfortable in the camera (Public speaking made me realize that). I guess I am going to be comfortable today;)

    As a mum of 4 I hardly find the time to meditate, but I will try to be more consistent with it to let go of the "sandbags" that are keeping me from vibrating higher. Thanks Aaron, this is actually the 1st time I've watched a video of yours. Now I know why people love your content 🙂

    Remember to only take action from an inspired place, a place of alignment and you will reach whatever you want as success so much quicker! Don’t get down on yourself when you feel down or don’t see immediate results, we experience contrast in order to point us in the right directions and allow us to know what we really want for sure!     Hi Aaron 💓 I love what you are doing for us!!! I’m 63 and have had the same mother as your step mom and it truly inhibited my mental emotional spiritual growth until I went to Okinawa, JApan and received training in ZaZen meditation . I was able to release a lot of negative thoughts from child hood trauma👼then 5 years ago I was introduced to Dr David Hawkins book “Power vs Force” and then I realized my energy level was clearly higher than my parents especially my mother🌹whom I had chosen to leave behind💓anyway I really relate to your teachings😻Blessings of Abundant Love for thee💓

    My something new: Developing a behavior of letting go of what people think of me. Great video Aaron! The higher you go in vibration the more you give, the lower your vibration is the more you get such as fear when an individual is venerable and needs answers. I also enjoyed the balloon energy of letting go and your vibration will naturally rise!
