I had the sag problem, too.
My bushings were worn. I tried the cheap ones at the auto parts store and they shattered.
After some searching l found
Cunningham Machine. They specialize in milled bronze door bushings.😅 l put them in and no sag no wind noise 😊.

I typically like to use White Lithium Grease, can find it anywhere in a aerosol can.

I had this problem on a 1978 caprice classic and it was caused by the hinge bolts damaging the threads on the door panel and body panel. Solution: longer grade 8 bolts backed up by lock washers and nuts. the dealer had over tightened the door bolts when servicing the car.

Please help! I replaced lower drivers side hinge and did pins bushings on upper and my door still drops, not just alittle either, i cant figure it out and its driving me banana's
