    My weight as on 28/8/24 was 71.7kg (empty stomach in morning). Today in the morning empty stomach I checked my weight it is 68.95kg. It’s amazing 🎉. I followed your diet and workout almost exactly. Diet is very simple and workouts are very intense, at the end of the workout I’ll be exhausted completely. Amazing program ❤. You are my secret coach since almost 7 years. I was very skinny guy in 2018 I used to follow pure mass program and I gained muscles in consistency of 6 months. In my gym people used to believe that I made that muscles in 2 years but it was just 6 months results. But I wasn’t active till now, n I got bulky. Now when i started muscular 8 program again I’m trying to become lean. Thanks @gurumann bhai you are amazing. Love you❤

    It really hard to leave yummy fried food but i did from 1 Jan 2018
    and i follow program 100% and thankful guru maan i lose 5 kg weight in three weeks amazing

    My diet Morning (5 egg white, 1 full egg, 1 onion, 1/2 cup boiled beans)
    1 multivitamin revital, 1/2 spoon omega 3 fish oil
    Lunch (1 roti, 1 cup veg, 1 cup dal)
    Mid (120 gm chicken breast grilled - 1/2 tblspoon olive oil)
    pre gym - caffine 150 mg
    Post Gym - 6 egg white
    Diner - 1 roti, 1 cup dal, 1 cup sabji
    Pre Sleep - 1 Large cup milk with 10 almonds, 3 dates

    GURU Is Program me aap ne workout evening ka diya hua hai. or diet b usi K according set kiya hai, 40% to 50% people's morning ka workout prefer krte h due to job, toh please aap is diet ko morning workout K according set kar K dijiye plz. Or baki K program me b agar aap morning workout k according diet batayege toh hume or zyada help Ho payegi.plz meri request ka reply kr dijiye.

    1. you used potato ....they are hard ..how they will be cooked in just 3-5 minutes.
    2. There are 7 videos regarding meals, 5 meals n 2 pre n post workout drinks bt u said we wil consume 6 meals in a day ....they r either 5 or either 7 ...how 6 meals ?
    3. you didnt told about high carb meals how to cook or prepare them ??

    It is better to make plain scrambled eggs separately and roast veggies and beans separately with little masala. pour veggies on eggs at end.

    I have followed your FAT LOSS 8 WEEK plan & I find a big difference in my body, my body fat was 34% & I have reduced it to 25% it was really challenging for me, but I have done, now I am feeling very good.
