As a Glock guy, I really like the P365XL. Capacity, modularity and it being so slim was really nice. I traded it straight up for a G48 and I wish I had kept it.
I have all these. I prefer the Hellcat Pro Comp > Shield Plus Carry Comp > 48/43x. The HCP Comp is the thinnest of them all, has the highest capacity of them all and I can put a TLR7 Sub on it for added recoil control. Shoot it as well as my Glock 17.

Got my G48 about 3 years ago and much prefer it over the newer versions that have the rail and MOS. Then again, I'm old school and don't use a light on my pistol or a red dot on the slide.
These videos are important because not every person can own multiple handguns. In my country your gun license has your gun's serial and switching guns is not very easy. Can you do a similar video with the slightly smaller category? Like Glock 43x and the other 2 top 3 in that size? These barrel lengths look like a bit much for someone short who EDCs appendix
Have a Hellcat and don’t find it to be too snappy. Not the best shot, but I get decent groups at 10 yards while only getting the occasional flyer. For me it’s less the size of the thing that makes it hard to shoot and more so the weight. Shield Plus is about the same size but has what, like 2 ounces more? Thing shoots like a fucking dream. Shot the 48 not too long ago at my local range, again shoots like a dream and I bought it the next week. To me it’s the ideal weight and size for concealed carry. The Hellcat has now been regulated to my work carry due to it being so damn light while the 48 has become my EDC. All I pray for is that Glock just better better sights on their damn guns
I have tried several slimline pistols and over time I gravitated to the 4” Shield Plus. The Shield Plus has lots of capacity options by changing magazines and the trigger is very good. As a bonus, when I shoot or carry my 4” 2.0 Shield in 45 or 40, it is an easy transition from the 4” Shield Plus. All are great pistols.
I think Glock 48 dominated the market thanks to after market mags and upgrade to red dot. But I agree with your comment. As we all know longer barrel/slide does equal to less recoil which I think is big feedbacks to all main companies making small 9mm guns.
PSA: I’ve got the carry comp. I love it, but it doesn’t feed what has been my primary carry ammo (hst 124 +p). I get nosedive ftf’s with that round. Feeds ball just fine so plan on running stuff with either a polymer insert or a smaller hollow. I’ve got 9BPLE in it now. It seems to run it just fine however +p+ is supposed to be avoided per the manual. I’ve also gotten malfunctions when shooting one handed. I imagine that is because it’s got an extremely strong recoil spring and needs you to be solidly behind the gun

the 3.1 shield plus shoots better than the hellcat and the g48. the 4 inch? even better! screw glocks crap trigger and dumb grip angle. the hellcat is snappy.
